The restaurant is very busy right now due to it's popularity. It will take you at least 30 minutes to get a table here so be prepared. The wait staff is friendly but super busy. I was really surprised they were able to keep checking on us as much as the did. The dining area wasn't the cleanest because they are struggling to keep up with the amount of people going in and out. The buffet had lots of options which was awesome. From Asian cuisine to fish and even steak. I will say the Asian dishes weren't really seasoned and that was either due to choice or trying to keep up with demand. For me the visit was just ok. It's a great deal for the money but I'd rather just go to a regular restaurant instead of a buffet.
Hadn't been in quite awhile but decided to go and see if food was just as good. The price is very reasonable and service was excellent. The food was delicious and the staff made sure the trays were always full. They would replace the trays of food with more hot fresh food as it became close to empty. There are an assortment of meals to choose from meats to seafood, side dishes and even pizza or chicken nuggets, mash potatoes for the kids.It's really a great place to eat and enjoy conversation with your friends and family. They also have dessert but I never made it that far. Too stuffed from the meal to eat dessert but they had a nice spread of pudding, fruits and small cakes. They also have a chef preparing steaks for those who enjoy off the grill steaks. Not sure if that is extra to pay aside from buffet.
Tasted the soups did exactly what I did as a kid at my Great Aunts feet I put egg drop y hot y sour soup together. The fried donuts in sugar were perfect.This is the first authentic restaurant that tasted like my Great Aunts cooking. Brought tears to this old woman’s eyes. The rice noodles to meat even tasted the same. My son loved the pizza. Thankyou was a honor to be in such a clean restaurant taste a taste of my childhood again
Chinese buffet, what else can I say, not too bad, not the greatest or newest that I've had. I can say this place is always packed, and they should invest in some renovations, spruce it up a little bit. The food is pretty okay, I've had better though, but good for the price, which was around $35 for 2 people during lunch time. Check them out, my 2 cents.
Came here for lunch with my family. All the kids were able to find things they were excited about (chicken nuggets, pizza, etc) and the standard American-Chinese dishes were there as well, teriyaki, General Tso’s, walnut shrimp, fried rice, lo mein, etc. Several Mexican items as well, like flautas, flan, tres leches. Even though it was a busy lunch time and trays looked like they were replaced frequently, some of the warm items were room temp — but other than that everything tasted pretty good. The layout of the restaurant is a bit cramped and mazelike, I had several close calls almost colliding with servers, cooks, or other customers coming and going up & down the steps that lead to the buffet.
Went for lunch. Had a small wait but not bad. Food was good. Feel like there's more non Chinese options so wish there was more. Some random stuff. But everything tasted fresh.
The other customers were the worst part so I'm docking half a star because they can't really control that aspect. The other half was for the undercooked (or maybe just old) white rice. Everything else was very solid, and VERY affordable. Will probably go back.
Very good food. Our server Mr.Taye is the best. Didn't have to ask for anything. He was filling our drinks and taking away empty plates every 3-5 minutes. He is the best server there! Excellent sevice!
This was the best Chinese buffet I been in SA so far.They had a lot of options, always fresh and warm, and the shrimp was an absolute highlight.The only thing that wasn’t good was the sushi, but that’s expected for a buffet.Overall very pleased, will definitely come back.
My family and I ate there on Christmas Eve. The food was delicious... best egg drop soup that I've ever eaten. Egg rows were fantastic. There was so many dishes to pick from. I can't wait until we eat there again.
