Bad service, bad food, bad prices. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. Way overpriced for the quality of the food. Nothing on the menu was available that was on the menu and was also informed that the menu pricing is not accurate and all the food is $3-4 more. No free water in the restaurant only bottled water and soda for purchase. Don't go there looking for service because you won't get it there is only one person working in the whole restaurant. I don't understand how people can rate this restaurant anything above 1 star??
We went last night and we could tell the owner had cut back on a lot of the items compared to the photos that we had seen on the website. We were only given canned beverages as an option. I asked for a glass, but was told they had no glasses. We were told to add 2 more dollars to anything on the menu as prices had gone up. We do not mind paying more for food, since we know prices have gone up. But were disappointed at the scarcity of the food. This was our first time since we love Korean food, so we decided to give this place a try. Maybe we just went on the wrong day.
Not worth the hassle. As others have said, lunch options are not available for lunch, you have to pay the dinner price even at lunch on Tuesdays when they aren't open for dinner. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is not worth the steeper price. Also expect to pay over the listed menu price.Finally, after my friend received his carryout order and we were waiting for mine, she returned to take back the extra rice he ordered because she didnt have enough rice for an order someone placed after him. I've never seen that. She gave him back his money but I don't get why she couldn't let the next customer know they would have to wait a little longer for rice.
Went in for lunch with friends. Was told we could not order off the lunch menu on a day they were only open for lunch. In addition, had to pay between $2-3 more than the dinner posted price. Portion side was not adequate for money spent, and food was not as tasty as other Korean places around town.Also, after a buddy ordered an extra side of rice and was sitting next to me waiting for my food to come out, his extra side was taken from him, out of his already packed bag, by the woman working because her rice cooker wasn’t working fast enough for other orders. Never seen that before. Definitely won’t be returning after this experience.
Food was ok and portions were adequate. Even though we showed up during lunch hours, we were told we could not order off of the lunch menu, basically paying double for dinner prices. Limited drink options, retaurant was locked upon arrival and the owner was the only one doing everything. I usually like to support small local businesses, but I will definitely not be coming back or recommending anyone to visit this restaurant.
Horrible customer service. I came in and one couple was eating but no one to great you. Grabbed a menu and sat at a table. 10 mins nothing. Uber guy came in and shouted and a lady came out. Told her that he was uber and she said she was behind. Acknowledge me finally and asked if I was pick up or for here. Told her for here and she asked what I wanted m told her and she said she behind and couldn't tell me a time so I left. She didn't seem to care. First time here and its close to 3pm so past lunch time. Won't ever come here again.
Wow, the owner here really went out of her way to be mean to my wife and I. We watched her be equally as nasty a delivery driver that came in to pick up a few orders. There are many other Korean places in San Antonio just as authentic with far better service and food quality. Go to one of them instead.

Ordered Uber Eats and took a risk that ended up not being worth it. Prices are too high for such small portions and the sides in comparison to other Korean joints were pathetic. Don’t waste your time or money if you want quality and portions that are worth the $$
Wonderful resturaunt and wonderful owner! Great, real Korean food.
