Great food and great service.We have used them for both dine in and takeout services.The food is always very fresh and very good.Highly recommend.
Placed a to-go order here awhile back when we got home with the food I opened the box to find a HALF EATEN FISH BONE CARCASS instead of my meal. It was very off putting but I have come to this restaurant for years with my family since I was a little girl so we decided to give them another try a few months ago. We dined in and had horrible service. No refills and over charge for sides that should have been included. The guy at the front taking orders is clearly over stressed and it shows. If the fish bone wasn’t enough our last experience there has completely made us lose an appetite for this place.
I’ve been here a lot, ever since I was a little kid. I used to always love this place because the food was great and I liked the atmosphere. As I’ve grown up I’ve realized that it’s not a great as I thought it was. The food is still good especially the Egg-drop soup. But where this place loses stars is the service. Yes it is very fast, but there’s typically the same female waitress there. I went there a few days ago and I had her again. She was very aggressive. She rushed me and my party to order and would barely give us time to speak before she would ask the same question “fried or steamed” she even messed up our order it took a good five minutes to take orders for a table of four.Overall good place, I just really wish the service wasn’t as harsh.
Went and had lunch with my wife we both ordered the lemon chicken entrée that came with fried rice, egg roll,crab rangoon and egg drop soup was so delicious and filling. Definitely going back to try the variety of menu selections I highly recommend
Lunch specials are smaller than your average lunch special and the taste is also average. The service was unfriendly and curt (on two different occasions) so all things considered we'd probably be less likely to return.
The absolute WORST customer service EVER! I have never felt so unwelcome before in my life. And for a hole in the wall restaurant that probably needs the traffic to support their family to treat customers like they are a waste of time is a shame. Better take some customer service classes to better your business or you’ll be closed for good, not just at 2:30!By the way they are the only Chinese restaurant on Huebner Rd. That is the only reason they do get traffic. Food is not good.
Waitress is always rude,never a friendly environment!!!! Given this restaurant a couple of tries due to work being close by but will no longer after today’s experience same waitress rushed us to order, rude once more and cherry on top Roach in my egg drop soup! Hope future visitors search your food first!
So we ordered lo Mein and orange chicken.The orange chicken was pretty good, as well as the egg roll.Now the lo mein, it had no flavor!The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because they agreed to refund me for lo mein (and the orange chicken was above average)The only reason I may return is because it’s close to my house.
I’ve been here numerous times the past and their food was good. I was so embarrassed last week when I took a friend there. The food was horrible. Fried rice had no taste. Our egg roll was dried up, lemon chicken was so flat and tasteless. My guest had orange chicken and he said it was the worse he’s ever had. He said even the frozen package from SAMS was better. This is unfortunate because their food use to be decent. Won’t be going there again.
