I mobile ordered online at 10:11 arrived at 10:20 and sat in like for 10 minutes before they got too me at 10:32 and she accepted it pulled up to the window and they said they were out! So I sat in line for 25 minutes with hungry toddlers in my backseat after being told I was good when I arrived on time. Then being told no! That’s unbelievable I then got a notification my card was charged before I got to the window! So we will see if I get charged!
Anytime I come this location they always forget either my sauces or a fry. Can't call because they never answer their phones. I order through curbside so then have to go back through the drive thru line and wait even longer to get the items that were missing. I get mistakes happen but it's literally every time I come to this location they forget something and they don't even answer the phone when I call.
My local neighborhood Chick-fil-A .... what could I say,.... they got game! I will give them credit. As busy as they are, they have NEVER gotten an order wrong! Very impressive for a fast food drive thru! And let's not forget how fantastic the service and food are!! Great job Guys and Gals!!
Overall great service but at this one, I've never not missed at least one thing in my bag ?not a big deal though its fast food
I called the store because i go there quite frequently and Wendy couldn’t make an exception for my 5Y old daughter to receive breakfast 10 min after. Even tho it was bought an paid for. She refused to help us out being a frequent customer of this location. Company policy - i get it BUT there is always exceptions or should be. What’s the point of ordering ahead anyway if you can’t even reserve your food.
Had the spicy chicken sandwich--very tasty. Waffle fries were old and cold. Very slow service today.
100% of the time in the last 5.5 years that we’ve gotten food from this location (which is often because kids), something is missing. Sometimes something minor (a milk, dressing, salad crunchies), but more often than not, an entire meal is missing. Check your food before you leave!
Have had several experiences at this location, overall positive. Some minor irritations would be when napkins and requested sauces are not remembered with our order. In addition on 2 separate occasions we had cold fries; one of those times they were the wrong size as well (we had paid extra for larges). Although there have been some frustrations, we have been here many times without issue, so we give the location 4 stars :)
This location is terrible with getting you in and out. I have been to many other places like this and the drive thru goes very quickly. Their traffic management is terrible and needs to be addressed
This location always always always burns all the good softness out of the biscuit! Best Chick-fil-A location is at the RIM.
