The salad was lacking the usual quantity of lettuce, chicken, etc. We were given spoons instead of forks. Missing one of the almonds packets that comes with the salad and was missing a brownie I ordered. Not complaining at all. Just stating facts. Fact is they remedied the situation with very much kindness and professionalism. Still great service overall.

I have frequented this chic fil a on potranco road numerous times. The parking lot is always busy, however the employees ensure a speedy professional visit for all valued customers. The food is exceptional and you have a variety of options. I highly recommend this location to all my fellow customers who are seeking an affordable, great tasting restaurant that caters to the satisfaction of all its visitors.

I agree this place has really gone down. I just called after having an order delivered that was wrong. Get this, their receipt has all the correct items but parts were missing. And they say since I used a third party app I have to call the third party for issues. My last three visits have had long wait times and my last three orders have been wrong. I know these are franchises. Please franchise owner, look at what’s going on at that store. Your reputation is important. I don’t usually leave reviews but three times a charm.

Ordered two large meals and both got input as mediums. Also ordered buffalo sauce and got bbq instead. Wasn’t able to check to see they got my order wrong because I didn’t get my receipt until I was at the window. By the time I noticed it wasn’t worth going back because of traffic and how long the line took initially. Last time I went they forgot my fries and I was able to catch it before I left the line and the employees in the kitchen were giving so much attitude, and insinuating I was lying. They kept saying there was no way they didn’t put them in.

This location is horrible! They are always getting my order wrong or taking forever to bring out my order to curbside. One time I placed an order to pick it up inside and it was taking forever to get notified it was ready:l. So I went inside to see what was taking so long and I stood there for 5 minutes before someone asked if I’ve been helped. Then when I told them my name for the order, it had been sitting on the counter. No telling how long it was there before I walked in.And they have some rude employees! I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A that had rude employees until this one!

So mixed review!! I was helped by Josue/Joseph that took my order. Super nice guy and assisted greatly!!!Then I got to window. I didn't get what I asked for. AGAIN they forgot stuff within my order. The girl inside the window that was putting orders together had a major attitude when i said I as missing stuff. That girl giving me my order as was nice. Young girl with green eyes and blondish hair nice girl!!! I just don't understand why they always get it wrong. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Based on my experience with the drive thru, very good customer service. The wait time was kind of extensive though (30+ minutes waiting in line). Food was fine and tasty. No major issues overall. Would recommend and would return again.

Service has really gone down hill…Placed an order for catering weeks ago and called several days ago to see if we could switch delivery. They confirmed that would not be an issue at all.Received a call a little over an hour before pickup saying delivery wasn’t possible anymore as I couldn’t pay the difference over the phone or online (and since I’d have to pay in person I may as well take the food).. I asked if I could simply replace the order with delivery and was told I could but I would not receive a refund for the original order.When we went to pickup the food it still wasn’t ready until about 20 minutes after the pickup time.Skip this one if any plans or coordination is necessary.

Chick fil a is hands-down the best fast food in my point of view. I've been to this location over 30 times and never have I had any issues. Today, for the first time, I dealt with a RUDE employee, (her name tag said Liza). There were two lanes to pull up and receive your food. 3 vehicles in front of me. I got my food, but the vehicle in front were having some issues. I saw Liza going back and fourth to the vehicle, but this literally took over 10 minutes of sitting there. As Liza walked near my car, I asked her can that vehicle just pull over so others can leave? She said to me with an attitude "NO, WE ARE WORKING ON IT!!". This was around 730 pm and my order number was 4828.

You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. This particular location has very good customer service. Some of the folks recognize my car when I go through the drive thru. Everyone is very friendly.
