Just spent 11-min in drive thru for a large diet Arnold Palmer. The 5 cars behind me had all received their food and were just waiting for me to get mine. 5 employees at the window laughing and messing around. It wasn't until I said "all I ordered was a drink" that someone came and assisted me. I'm all for having fun at work, but I also don't want to idle for 11-min waiting for a drink.

Whatever you do, don’t order curbside. Drive-through is a well-oiled machine, but curbside is the worst curbside experience you will have at any restaurant. I waited 30 minutes and no one came out so I pulled up next to the drive-through asking about my order. They finally had someone bring it out, but when I got home I found out they left out part of my order. I tried calling the restaurant, but of course no one picked up and I had to leave a voicemail. What restaurant doesn’t have someone to pick up the phone?EDITED: They called me back extremely apologetic and offered me a free meal next time so I changed my rating from a 2 to a 5 based on their customer service. Also, I didn’t receive the missing item because it was a breakfast item that I ordered in the app when it was still breakfast time, but I picked it up after breakfast time.

This will reign supreme out of all Chick-Fil-a locations in San Antonio! Best Food and Management/Customer service. However, the parking for this location sucks! There are a total of 6 or so parking spaces that make it hard to enjoy eating inside. The drive through lanes and caution cones take up all of the possible parking. I won't let that take away from the 5 start rating. Just fix that and we'll be golden!

I will start by saying we LOVE Chick-Fil-A (CFA). Every CFA restaurant we go to provides outstanding customer service. But, the CFA off De Zavala blew away our expectations! The Manager (Justin) warmly greeted our family upon arrival, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. He ensured our food order met (and exceeded) our expectations. We also observed Justin helping his team out with any and all tasks (to include drink refills) to make sure the customers were served promptly. I was very impressed.Patrico was also super friendly and helpful. It was evident that this CFA truly valued quality food and customer service. I could not speak more highly of Justin and his team at the De Zavala Chick Fil A!

We absolutely loved our drive-thru experience such friendly beautiful faces great attitude smiles were everywhere and Douglas was the bomb!

The worst experience I have ever had at a chick fil a. I ordered on the app for drive thru no one ever came to my window to ask me about my order and when I get to the window they don’t even have my order when the appShows it’s completed and clearly shows head to the drive thru so I had to wait over 30 minutes for a sandwich and fries like wow

Great cashier smiling and friendly in drive threw and fast serves. I got my food in a speedy manner. Great job

Absolute worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Sadly this is the one closest to where I work and live but it's the last one I would ever choose to go to: they turn the app ordering off for their location most of the time, they still don't have the lobby open even just to do pick up orders so you're only option is the drive-thru, they'll cone off one of the two entrances to the lot which leaves the only entrance being the most difficult one to get to with a vehicle when it's busy,, and then if you do the drive-thru Lane it's a toss-up whether you choose the lane that actually gets paid attention to or not.I absolutely hate this Chick-fil-A, and when the other locations are streamlining their ordering service this one chooses things that make it awful.

Generally good service but they're so focused on their obstacle course with cones they're now forcing everyone to create a traffic hazard on De Zavala to get in. Just too much of an hassle for meh chicken.
