Extremely disappointed at the Curbside Service. While I understand it is rush hour, it took me 40 mins to obtain a Salad. I arrived, entered my parking space and within 20 mins I received notification that a team member was on the way with my food to my parking space. 15 mins later I walked into the restaurant to pick up my own food only for them to get my order wrong.Though this has not happened to me before, it only takes one bad experience.
While the food is always great and the staff are friendly and courteous, I think I’m done with this location. Every time I come here I get beat at the double drive thru. Folks who arrive after me are either not waiting their turn and get ahead of me or I get stuck in a slower moving line with folks who arrived after me getting through quicker. I appreciate that there are several staff taking orders, but it just creates chaos in the lines. Other locations seem to have better control. I know losing my business at this location will have no impact since the drive thru is always backed up into the parking lot regardless of time of day. The long lines and lack of order in the drive thru have finally broken me. I think I’ll just drive a little further for better service. Thanks for always getting my order correct, the always hot food, and friendly staff.

Placed a large order and the brownie was missing. Not a big deal. Called and spoke with Ashley. She assured me that the credit would appear in my mobile app by the end of the day. It has been 3 weeks. No credit. I hope to update this review with a better outcome, but for now, it is a 1 star.Update: The owners did reach out to me, to correct the oversight. Not only did they give me a reward voucher, but they also issued complimentary equivalent reward points as well. What was most impressive was that this issue was resolved before I even had a chance to email them! Top Notch service. Upgrading to 5 stars!??
Nice that they had inside dining available. Always helpful with a little one. Play area not open. But one thing we both mentioned the service and friendly staff. Always worth going for that alone. Breakfast sandwich was good. Fruit cup was good too. Coffee well. Its is better than most fast food coffee but its is still fast food coffee. Hashbrowns were good portion.
Chick-fil-A is a top player when it comes to drive through experience. They’re winning the game BY FAR. With this day in age- everything needs to be done fast- and they’re employees always give the BEST service. Alexis C. Brought me to google reviews. I love my neighborhood location. others are great too. Chick fil staff really goes above and beyond each time. Even at the not so best times, they show up with a smile on their faces.Our location always sends random freebies especially during pandemic which we love and appreciate. Thanks Shelly.
