My order was missing my large Mac n cheese. I called and Tina was happy to get that to me. She informed me I just needed to pull into curb side, give them a call and they would bring that out to me. When I arrived the call was going to voicemail;I tried a few times and was still going to voicemail she ended up calling me back right away letting me know she was on the other line I advised her I was in curbside - order number three she said she would have that right out, I hung up and she shortly called back advising me that a fresh batch was in the oven and told me it would be a —— minute wait. I am pleased with the service and how they made it right without having me go the distance to pay for what was missing etc. way to go Tina! ?
Beware if this Chick-fil-A!First and foremost there was a screw in our fries, thankfully the kids did not eat it. The manager offered us more fries but that would not have sufficed if someone had swallowed it.DO BETTER CHICK-FIL-A!!Secondly, the drive way where people exit the drive-thru CLEARLY states “Do Not Enter” this does not deter the staff in little white cars from breaking the rules because it’s convenient. They have almost hit us and I’ve seen them almost hit other cars whom are following the posted signs. While around town those cars and drivers can be seen speeding in school zones and tailgating. We live in this community, we eat in this community, do your part! DO BETTER CHICK-FIL-A!!JUST DO BETTER!!!
I have been buying chick fil a for years and have never had such a bad experience here. I found a booger on the foil of my chicken sandwich which I had to throw away because I was so grossed out. We then also ordered a salad which we found a hair in. The bottom of the fries we ordered were completely uncooked to the point they were literally white. HORRIBLE.
Before they made their current remodeling they had excellent service a Five Star Plus. I have gone since then two or three times and it has really gone down the tubes. They get my order wrong, another time they charged me twice I had to eat up that extra charge because it is too hard for me to go back and show them because I'm not able to get around that much. And it's just not what it used to be I'm very disappointed. I had boasted about this place to my relatives and Friends
Quick, great service, seems to have a great flow and things figured out. The order was correct and warm. It's a lot better than the one we usually go to which is close to our home.
They completely forgot the sauce in my order. I called and drove ALL the way back to the restaurant and gave them my order number and they did not give me the correct sauces. I called AGAIN when I got home to let them know and their only solution was to DELIVER sauce so I could eat it with my already cold food. They then offered me a free entree on the app. To redeem that, I would have to choose to eat at this failure of an establishment again. They stated if I wanted a refund, I would have to return the food. Why would I return food for it to be thrown away? Why wouldn't the meal be given to someone who can't afford it? Doesn't seem very Christian to me
With the large fluctuation of sales. The customer service has went down. They constantly bring the wrong food out to the car even with verifying name and car. The sodas are always flat. Silverware is never given for items that clearly are eaten with utensils. It sad to say that this Chick-fil-A has stopped caring about the service provided and only about the numbers coming in. The quality has went down by a lot .
Just ordered a 40 piece chicken mini catering size and when I got home, It was a little cold. I only live a mile away from there with the heater on in my car because it was a little cold that day. When I opened the tray of chicken minis, it didn't look like much work was put into opening the bread and placing the chicken meat in. A third of the chicken minis was some what destroyed and out of place as well. I gotta say, there was not much effort putting into making it look some what presentable at all. I don't mind messy food at all but this, I'm not sure what happened there. Some of the chicken mini sandwiches was missing the chicken and/or half the bread was not there as well.
I love Chick-fil-a but Yesterday i went there and was having a bad day. The young man who helped me, i guess could sense it and tossed in a free cookie, and said I hope your day gets a little better. Then the young girl who brought me bags, gave me my bags and said by the way , i just want to let you know, your very pretty. I had no make up on and was having a bad day. Believe it or not, those two small gestures did make me feel a little better!!! These were two young kids, it made me feel good that they have young kids working there with good hearts and very respectful. ?Thank you to the two young kids Yesterday
Great Service and always gets your meal right. Whatever system they use they should share with other fast food places
