Excellent as always, plus a great playground inside for my granddaughter!

Chick-fil-A has a well deserved reputation for providing the best customer service at a fast food restaurant. I went into this location with a group of ten people. Our orders were taken quickly and accurately. Four in our group ordered salads. I'm more of a traditionalist and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a Coke. I didn't worry about the calories because from Chick-fil-A, our group spent the afternoon practicing tree-cutting in preparation for the hurricane season.

We have eaten at this particular establishment for almost 7 years and I have never received service the way I did yesterday. We were in the drive through and I told the lady I couldn’t have corn but wanted the particular salad. She rolled her eyes as far as she could and told me to pick them out which is fine. I didn’t say anything. When we got to the drive thru window they gave us our food except the salad still had corn in it, they tried to give us 2 other customers orders, there was food on the floor, and spilled sugary substance on the floor dried. There was boxes piled up to the left by the registers. People kept walking through the mess on the floor and the staff at the window gave a lot of attitude. The lady at the window leaned her head out of the drive thru window to hear my conversation and when I caught her as I turned around quickly she said she thought I was talking to her? What is going on ? The staff’s behavior was very unusual. I was really taken back. This has happened before, but I was trying to show grace. This time it was just unprofessional. Please excuse the grammar.

It was my first time picking up an Uber Eats order from this location. I always go through drive thrus at other Chic fil a restaurants with NO problems. I was sitting in the drive thru and an employee told me that I needed to go inside for the Uber Eats. I could not reverse out of the drive thru because there was cars behind me but she still told me I had to go inside. Finally after me asking if they could just made an exception she told me ok but told me to not go through the drive thru for Uber Eats orders anymore. Then when I get to the window one of the associates was like OH ITS THE UBER EATS GIRL DO YOU WANT TO TALK TO HER OR SHOULD I. Then the manager says OH YOU DO IT I BELIEVE IN YOU GIRL! Then the associate tells me again that I shouldn’t be going through drive thru for Uber eats orders. I apologized to each employee that I didn’t know this and I always go through the drive thru at other Chic fil a’s. I try not to go inside restaurants as currently I have really bad ankle problems. Other Chic fil a restaurants never give me this trouble. Also as I said thank you to 2 different employees, they did not say my pleasure. They actually didn’t say anything. Poor service and the little girls here have a really bad attitude problem.

I visited this Chick-fil-A about five minutes ago March 29 4 PM the lady who is taking my menu in the line the young lady might I add, had a major attitude. I pulled up excited to buy my family a meal with my hard earned paycheck and she rolled her eyes along with her entire head. What looked like a smack of the lips. I pulled up with a smile understanding it’s hot outside it’s a long day. She took my order with basic or less than basic customer service. Did elaborate on how id likey meals didn't asked me what kind of cheese I’d like if it was even an option didn’t run me through anything. I don’t care if I’ve been to Chick-fil-A hundreds of times. I did forget to ask for what kind of cheese I wanted and how I like my meal her attitude towards me completely through me off resulting in a unsatisfactory meal. and she was no help at all . She mentioned to me there were “so many cars. “

Employee Dionne has made my experience here so much better. I see her regularly at either the register or drive through and she is the sweetest and most attentive employee. She is efficient and productive while remaining very charismatic and charming. Chik fil a employees here in general are very nice and friendly.

I agree with Steve...girl had major attitude tonight. But what do you expect from children trying to manage an establishment. Please teach your employees the importance of courtesy, manners, and perhaps provide retraining. Place is NOT what it used to be SMH ?

To whom does it matter,This morning around 7:30 am I took my son for breakfast before take him to school one of the staff wears a blue shirt when I asked her to give me extra strawberry jam she told me no you have 2 and your a meal very small you don’t need extra jam she upset my mood in the morning please try to improve the haspatily skills of the employees thank you .

Grest tasty hot chicken with great customer service. They are fast even during busiest times and they give treats to your fur baby.

Great food and great service. The only problem with this location is that, even though they have a 2- lane drive thru to order, it to 1 lane for pickup. If you order ahead, choose curbside pickup to avoid the line.
