When I ordered through the drive thru I ordered 2 separate spicy chicken sandwiches. One as a meal, and one just by itself with fries. I explained to the guy that took my order that I wanted to use my points to take off the sandwich that’s was by itself. He said okay and told us the total ($13.65) and since we were paying with cash they would help us at the window. When at the window they asked for the name, we paid, and they gave us our food. As we were driving off we noticed they forgot the sandwich we used points for. We stopped and said “excuse me” when the manager came out she asked to check the bag then said she would be right back. I parked and ended up having to go inside. When I got inside I was explained that the receipt was charged incorrectly and the items were all sold separately. I explained the coupon was to be applied to a regular spicy sandwich. Not a deduction from the meal that was never charged as a meal. I was told that it was my fault for not explaining my order even thou there was just a meal and a reward points sandwich being purchased. The assistant manager stood there badgering me about them being right and me ordering wrong for about 3 minutes… after some time of her explaining she just walked away and left me in the lobby, she grabbed the manager “nick” and he came to me with the original receipt in hand that I never received from the window. He explained the same stuff as she did and told me not to yell at the employees from the drive thru window. After him obnoxiously telling me to not too do it again. I corrected him and told him I was getting the young lady’s attention. After a few minutes of him belittling me he asked if my order was read back to me at all. I said no and he said then “that was our mistake”. So he gave me my correct sandwich and finally allowed me to leave with the original receipt stuffed in the new bag.Chick fila prides itself in customer service and this is a prime example of how a situation should not be handled. Thanks for making me look like I was begging for a free sandwich in front of other guest nick… I recommend you be present for training/overseeing your staff all around. Not just in the cozy office in the back.
I don't usually eat fast food, but when I do my preference is Chick-fil-A. Their food is tasty and their customer service is exceptional. This visit was as expected. I visited during the lunch rush about 12:00p.m. and the place was hopping. Drive thru lines were long but that didn't stop folks from getting in them. My wife and I were passing thru town so I decided to go inside to use the facilities and order take out so we could continue our journey. As I waited in line I couldn't help but notice how friendly, courteous, and professional the folks behind the counters were. The tempo was extremely high yet every worker had a smile and nothing but positive comments to their customers. I ordered a Deluxe sandwich meal along with a Market salad and two orders of 12-count nuggets. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes for my order and the food was as fresh and tasty as I'm used to. Great job Chick-fil-A! It's no wonder the customer base is so loyal to this brand.

Got my order wrong. Had to go back. Substitutions are substitutions. They just charge you extra. Plis I really dislike that they don't have a menu outside PRIOR to ordering. Not until you make the turn around do they have one. They expect you to memorize their entire menu. Could order different items if they just had some of those menus outside prior to ordering. Not very productive. Also seems like it's all drive thru now. Many lines. Nowhere near to park and enjoy inside dinning.
The lady who hands out the food Stefani flirts and gives free cookies to the construction workers but is ice cold with me in my medical scrubs. Today I saw her accepting cash tips and now I know why!!!! Not the CFA service I’m used to
Have enjoyed Chick-fil-A before, but usually on the South Side. Went to the Medical Center location, 1st time since the pandemic started in March 2020. Had regular meal; original sandwich, waffle fries & drink. Good & still the same as in 2019. Dessert, used points to get an Icedream cone as a reward!
I went through the drive thru and got 2 breakfast sandwiches with the grilled chicken and egg white with Tator tots meal. The service was quick and efficient like every chick- fil-Athey are always consistent no matter which location you go to that’s one thing we all expect and know this was my first visit to this location it is very close to my office. My order was correct and everything was hot and fresh very good as always! Love Chick-fil-A
Came in for a pick up order. Everything was quick, people were great. Food was excellent!
