How don’t you have coffee in the morning ?!!?First time Chick-fil-A disappoints me

This is not about the food. BUT about making more difficult to order food. The place next door is under construction and this location also backs up on the high way. I tried to speak to the manager about how the front of the restaurant is blocked if you come from the back side and how going around could actually add to the traffic. We as customers need solutions. You blocking the front makes it so that we the customers can not go around and order. I was told that others maybe exiting the entrance. To which I stated block that and not the way around to order food. It maybe that your restaurant or location is to busy for this space and you need to move to stop blocking 410 if that is the excuse given as to why there is an area blocked off. See pics block. Maybe now you can find a solution to this issue. Thank you

Ordered from our table and it took about 15 minutes to get our food even though there were about 10 employees masquerading around behind the counter laughing and having fun. We literally were the only customers inside. When we left we noticed there were several employees eating behind these partitions blocked off from the rest of the restaurant. Why did it take so long to get our food especially when there were a ton of employees? Not the experience I've had at other CFLs.

I usually don't rate chains, and especially chains that are consistently excellent. However, this location stood out and I felt like I needed to tell someone. I can safely say every single Chick-fil-A I have been to displays kindness, patience, courteousness, and helpfulness. These qualities did not apply to this evening. The drive through made us feel like we were an inconvenience, pushing us through as quickly as possible without a greeting, clarifying questions, or reading orders back. Any questions we asked were met with auctioneer type speed and then "what else?" If the line was crazy long, I'd understand. However, both lines were open, and there were only 2 cars waiting to be waited on. We got to the window and realized we didn't give any requests for sauces. I made sure we asked at the window. The lady at the window did not ask how many, and just chunked some in the bag. When I took the bag to check how many, she appeared very annoyed and handed me my drink. I wasn't even sure if that was the full order. At this point I had realized she hadn't said a word to me since I pulled up, greeted her, and asked for sauces. I said thank you for your help, and still no response. The food as normal was great and high quality. So, I'm definitely not knocking that. It was probably an off night, but...wow. An off night sure stands out at Chick-fil-A.

Well what can I say...it's chic fil-a they definitely have set new standards for the fast food industry. I used to work at a 4 diamond/star hotel and we were trained in customer service so when I go places I kinda rate their level of service and interaction and it's very rare that I am impressed. Not that I'm hard to impress but most places have little understanding of good service not only means good product but also great guest/customer interactions and these guys had it and I was pressed they asked for my name so they could address me by it. Overall great service!

Good, fresh food but never stay in the same order of time I get in line. 3 cars in front of me every time b/c of order taker.

We ordered spicy and non spicy chicken sandwiches. All had good sized pieces of breast and with 2 drive thru lanes they were surprisingly fast with the orders. Plus if you forget to order something thru the speaker they have no problem adding it for you when you pay. Great place!!!

By far favorite CFA location.Kinda sad they don’t open to dine in anymore.But it shows they do care about their team members wealth and costumers trying to keep them as healthy as possible with everything going on.Every single time I’ve gone ALL CFA angels have been so sweet and with great attitude!

Can’t believe lobby is still closed. I called and said I wanted to purchase 20 gift cards $20 each they said you have to get in line. Maybe you could have said come to the door we will take your card and run the gift cards and bring them back out. No you wanted everyone to wait behind me while you run 20 gift cards. I usually very happy with Chick Fil A not today. Guess I will run and get them somewhere else.
