Quick and awesome service. Sometimes they are rude on the drive thru speaker but I understand we all get that way sometimes. Delicious food though & love coming here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s super delicious and I’m very happy I have one a few minutes away from my house. Thank y’all , keep up the good work!!
I have to admit, this chick-fil-a can hustle! We scheduled a curbside pickup during lunchtime and only waited around 5 minutes for our order. The drive-thru line was insanely long and the parking lot was full. The food was cooked, tasty and exactly what we ordered. If you wanna go during a busy time I HIGHLY recommend just getting their phone app and ordering ahead of time and doing the curbside pickup. It will make your life sooooo much easier.
I love this place. Even on the hottest days, just to be as COVID-compliant as possible, and even with masks on, every single team member shows nothing butbthe most positive attitudes. Great atmosphere with great food. Where's there the wrong in that?
Your window cashier was unprofessional when she HAD to make my shake this mid-morning (Friday 02/11/22) after giving my food order. An employee’s tone of voice says it all. She whined that she had to make a shake. If she just wants to stand around doing only cashier work then perhaps she needs to be placed elsewhere or find another job! I work hard for my money to spend it where and on what I want. Plus my money as well as other customers help pay her wages! Never going back here again!

1/24/2022Went through the drive thru for our order. The young lady that took our order was very detailed. We arrived at the pick-up window were given our order.When at home we found that there were no napkins! We also found that they did not put the dipping sauces that we ordered! It clearly shows on the reciept. We are very disappointed with the service. They are only concerned with getting the orders out quickly! There are many employees inside but the way they work is very disorganized! This affects our decision to return. We just can't trust them.

This is the second time I come to this store and get my order wrong.Gave us 3 pc instead of 5, my sandwich was not good. The chicken was so overcooked and way to crunchy. We got the order of 6 cookies and they felt burnt! Was so disappointed.The people at the window were messing around and didn't know which order went were. Just disorganized, which surprises me. But I still love Chick-fil-A
Ever Chic fil a I eat at in the San Antonio area us consistently hood and fast. Love eating at here for lunch. They were out of their multigrain buns on this day.?
