Food was great as usual, but it was the first time that I have ever been to any Chick-fil-A that left me standing there waiting to order. They are usually so on top of it at every other location I have ever been to. They at least acknowledge people when they are standing there normally. Otherwise, they took care of the order and delivery to the table in usual Chick-fil-A fashion.
The Fam love it when I bring home the 30 piece nuggys and large waffle fries. It serves the 3 of us and often there are leftovers, which heat up beautifully in the microwave. There's never been a time when I have gone to the Austin highway location that there has not been a super long line, but the awesome quick service never fails, and my order is always perfect. Thanks y'all, your chicken is the best!
The resolution offered by the "CARE Team" is not a resolution, "choose one of these items for free in your next visit". The lines are long and so is the wait, why should I have to RETURN to the restaurant location for the company to CORRECT THEIR ERROR? I'm expected to waste more ⛽️, time, and money idling in the long lines again?! The order details are LITERALLY stuck to the bag - HOW are they still messing up?!
It's Chicken cooked in.peanut oil. Difference is it's Mormon chicken. Lived a life closer to the way that one guy did. Therefore better tasting chickens. Except most don't approve of the chicken bigamy that goes on..but hey they don't take in caffeine. Amen
It’s Chick-fil-A, it’s great. Highly recommend the app. Lines move fast though regardless of how you order. Should dock a star for being closed on Sunday but I respect Jesus too so…..
My family and I went through the drive thru at this location and took home our order. My sister noticed that her gluten-free bun was clearly molded. We reached out to customer service through the app, and we never heard feedback from anyone. I have never had this happen at any location. At the very least, I would have accepted an apology, but... nothing. I will not be returning to this location.
Messed up my drink order then just apologized and said they'd let the drink person know. Had to remind them that I didn't get what I paid for, thus service was incomplete yet paid in full. Best he could do was offer a free meal within a week, but I never know when I'm working that area so I time limit comped meal did me no good. Waste of time and money. Not even sure why I went, they're over rated and they cause traffic jams from the idiots that pile in there.
I LOVE Chick-fil-a!! I love their food (I always get the original sandwich and usually get their waffle fries) and that's my husband's favorite, too. The service is limited to drive through, oe delivery but no dine in right now. The drive through line at 1pm today was double lines that both wound back to the curb. However, their fabulous logistics for moving those lines was running hard as usual. They deploy several workers, at least two per line, to place your order and credit card payments using a hand held device that somehow speaks to employees in the restaurant. In a few minutes, an employee hustles out to your car and delivers your order, and even moves barriers to let you out. Fantastic system!! Exactly what 21st Century drive through should be! Love you folks!!
Great service, and food! My order is always correct and there is always a huge line. If youvhave the time to wait thats great but i wouldn't recommend it on a 30 min lunch break
This location is the most efficient and timely chic fil a I’ve been to.You can’t go wrong with anything from this establishment.
