I never expect to have a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A due to them being known for their great customer service. However when I attend this location a young lady by the name of Angie with glasses and dark hair took my order. When done with the order I informed her I was going to have a second order as well, as she stated rudely “next time make sure you let me know that there is going to be 2 orders”. I this was very uncalled for they way she said this made me rethink the whole perspective on this food chain. I’ve always informed other employees after ordering that there will be a second order and there has never been an issue. Please educate your employees on customer service.
I went to ck fila today they where busy and I understand. As I got to window I notice they didn’t put in one of my drink so I ask the young man said where missing one drink. He said no it only show 2 drinks I said ok . Can I buy one unsweetened tea he ask a young lady at the time didn’t know she was a manger and she said no they where to busy to do add on her name was Alyssa . I go to Chick-fil-A because they are quick and staff is usually very friendly and accommodating. Just feel like lately staff is not so kind and accommodating. I understand times have been not so good for the food industry so I try to always say thank you and be extra friend but it work both ways .
Love the food. I hate those kids being in the drive through tussling orders. They make me nervous imma run them over and I have anxiety to begin with. The kids giving food out at the window same thing. Seriously you added not getting us through any faster and someone is gonna get ran over or hurt .
Love this place, I don't care what anyone says they have the best chicken sandwich ever. Especially the spicy deluxe, slap some ranch on it and it is to die for. I get it everytime!! Yum yum yum!!
This chickfila closes early. Got there 2 min til 10pm... it was dark... cones in front of all the drive thru lanes and everything... must've closed the drivethru lanes at 945 for all that work to be done before 10...
Horrible they took our order bad and didn’t get our order right that’s they gave us 2of those d burgers and the other 2 were right I didn’t even get the mac and cheese I order they gave me just the fork!
Ordered a simple sandwich meal. The line took forever to move before I could order and then pick up. Once I got home I realized the restaurant had my order wrong and gave me someone else's. It was cold too.
COVID standards in place Great place to grab a great bite to eat Chicken is always well cooked & presentation is innovative and useful clean great tasting food waffle fries are the best any chicken dish is very flavorful & delicious Every attention to customer service is appreciated and well exhibited attention to details a plus great experience love it keep up the great job service
Love the food and shakes are awesome!! But it seems like recently, they have been forgetting things in my order and the care of their products has gotten sloppy. This location is not close to my home but I drive to eat here because I love the food but the quality in service is disappointing. Don't think I'll be back for a while.
I've NEVER received better service like you all give anytime I am in your establishment. You all treat your customers like it is casual fine dining but it is a fast food restaurant. Thank you
