I went through the drive thru to order a combo for my daughter only to realize that I had forgotten my wallet at home and when a young lady approached me to take my order I told her that I wasn't going to order because of my wallet. The young lady told me not to worry and that she was going to pay for my daughter's combo. My heart was touched because I always remind my kids that that God touches people's hearts to Bless others and this was proof of that. I regret not getting her name, but my Prayers goes out to her and her family. Chick filay is Bless to have an employee like her and I Recommend her for Employee of the Month for Her Kindness.
What’s the point of offering curbside if y’all don’t do it right. Waited 25 minutes total. The status was on the order is on its way for like 15 minutes. Wasting my time, ridiculous.Update : they fixed it with a cookie and brownie. That’s caring after all.
Chick-fil-A owns the fast food service and quality space. Service is always second to no ne - every store, every visit. And employees are kind, courteous, and move with purpose. Drive thru is so good, other brands have copied Chick-fil-A's forward deployed order takers (outside), reducing the bottleneck and increasing throughput. Quality - food is consistently warm, fresh, and tasty - every store, every visit. This visit was no exception.
They always have my online order ready here as soon as I arrive. As a teacher, it’s awesome to get your food on time and still enjoy it without being in a rush for your next class. It’s the best, I love the customer service here, they never forget a sauce, they always have everything neatly packaged instead of just throw in the bag. I love coming here, thank y’all, keep up the awesome work. Super lucky to have one near work! Also I recommend downloading the app to receive points for your purchases and claim them for free food !! Super worth!! I love that y’all have a rewards program for chicken lovers :)
Great and fast customer service very polite and food was quick almost as soon as we sat down the food was ready ? I don't come here often but will definitely return definitely recommend this location and company
Love this store. Always a quick drive thru no matter how long the line. I have never had my order messed up at this location.
Our order was taken correctly and even repeated to make sure. Service was fast even though it is was busy.Very friendly staff covering and helping each other making sure order was done the right way. Definitely going again
Good food as typical of Chick-fil-A, but a long line. They didn't have the servers who take orders out in the drive thru so took longer than most locations.
I have come to this location for years, have complained multiple times to staff and management, and have even sent letters. For some reason, their Diet Dr. Pepper (and seemingly only this soda) appears to have a chemical taste to it. I have been to multiple Chick-Fil-A locations around the area and state and this is the only one with this issue that I've encountered so far. At this point, I'm surprised no one has taken the drink to a lab to be tested for contamination from the soda machine.
