This is one of my favorite places. The young employees are so friendly and never had a bad order.

I ordered a sandwich on a gluten-free bun, but they were out of them. So, when I called the manager, she quickly fixed the problem and gave us a free sandwich and fry for next time.

This Chick-fil-A is unique in that the drive-thru line is the curb at Rolling Oaks Mall. The staff is friendly, and considering they have to walk into the mall to the store and then back out to get your food, it's still a timely experience. So far I've only had one inaccurate order of the five times I've been, and it was quickly remedied.
Don’t do curbside, unless you want to wait twice as long and cold food. Orders from home drove strait there. Registered my spot and waited 25 minutes. Very dissatisfied and disappointed, normally not the case with them but did not offer anything for waiting or to give me hot food even when I ask, then lied to me.
Normally great food and service. But this time they forgot the soup I ordered. Didn't realize until I was home.
Placed order for curbside and watched as the drive thru fulfilled order after order after order while I waited. Total time waiting was 27 minutes. Food was cold and fries were soggy. Needless to say not ordering from there again
Good for a quick lunch on my way to work. Super fast and friendly.
