Tonight’s service from the team was wonderful as usual with the exception of tonight’s manager. We were in the window waiting to pick up our order and asked for an add on (a brownie) and we were quickly and rudely interrupted with “we are closed!” It was not what was said, but it was said. The young man helping us was apologetic about the interruption by the manager. While we were waiting she continued to give us side eye and snickering through the window with it wide open.
This location is the best! Larisa took really great care of us. Great character. Did the job with a can do attitude. I ordered late and she executed my order to perfection, despite it being the last hour open. My suggestion, as an experienced business man, is that she be immediately promoted to general manager of this location! Needless to say, I am more than satisfied with my experience at this location.
No one does it like Chick Fil A! My mother and two young daughters went inside to eat while I stayed in the car with my napping toddler. I asked my mom to order food and bring it out to me when they were done. A lovely employee named Veronica offered to bring food all the way out to my car in the next parking lot over.( not a short trek) It was so kind and thoughtful. What a great experience ❤️
This is one of 2 Chick-fil-A close to home so we've frequently come here.My usual order is the kid’s meal with 2 strips, waffle fries and unsweet tea with lots of Polynesian sauce. I got an extra order of small waffle fries for my Dad. We went through the drive thru and thankfully no waiting this time right before 5pm. Thankful for plenty of napkins and even extra Polynesian sauces. Dad really enjoyed eating waffle fries with Polynesian sauce for the first time.The store missed giving me the kid's toy to go with the meal but thankfully they gave it to my husband when he stopped by.
The fries tasted like the grease had not been changed in a long while. I cannot even describe the after taste. The staff was nice and wait time acceptable.
Chicken nuggets were awesome with the schiracha sauce. Soft and tender with just a little crisp. Girls at the window made a quick last minute request and delivered promptly. Location at 281 north and Loop 1604 is always good to us. You won't be disappointed visiting here.
Food was great! The two line drive through process is okay. The girl in black with curly hair tied up was not like the usual Chikfila employee. She was blunt and didn’t seem to care about anyone around her. Someone should cheer her up. (March 2nd around 1100)
We all know Chick Fil A is great but I had a fantastic meal here today and the young lady who completed the transaction was very nice as well. All around, really glad I stopped at Chick Fil A today.
If your looking for one of the worst Chick-Fil-As stop searching you’ve found the place, poorly run. They charge for everything I wouldn’t be surprised if they charged you a quarter for a napkin. If you are looking for a better Chick-Fil-A go 18310 Blanco Rd, San Antonio, TX 78258 instead.
Depends which location is on my way but sometimes I stop by this at: 1604 & 281 S. but in my opinion are the best chicken grilled burgers and chicken nuggets full of flavor, I like garlic so it is perfect for me tasty & juicy.
