I don’t usually leave reviews, We come here often after my sons camp and today Trey helped us and was just amazing. He was joking with my boys and making them laugh. He was so friendly and just awesome!

I frequent this location often. Today was the 1st time I felt like I didn't belong there. I think it was a manager she was wearing a stripped shirt and she was not friendly. She made me feel like my business wasn't wanted. I will not be returning to this location again!I was reading the reviews and it seems I wasn't the only one who felt like I didn't get treated the same as a white person because of the color of my skin. I'm Hispanic and I go to that location after my kids appointments but I will be driving back to SW Military to eat because I know I won't be treated differently there because of my brown skin.It's very upsetting.

Would NEVER recommend ordering delivery from this restaurantFood arrived soggy and disgusting. Ice was melted from the drink. And large fries weren’t filled like usual.- Chick-fil-A was notified about this negative delivery experience prior to this review

Ordered catering yesterday for a party. When I got to the window they said they never received my order even though I had the payment go through and confirmation email. Had to spend additional time waiting for my order and ended up being late to the party. The guy at the window which I’m assuming was the manager at the time kept telling me there was no order even after showing him my email. He almost refused to make my order and kept suggesting it was for another location. Very disappointed! What was the point of ordering catering hours ahead of they say they can’t see the orders and make you wait there to make it?

Saturday morningApparently they don't pay their people to be out in the drive through taking orders, payments, using their ipads and expediting the process.Lines wrapped around the building.I just waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive through for a biscuit.I won't be back to this location.

Michelle Logan is an amazing staff member of yours. We had the best experience using her as our point of contact for game day meals for JHS boys basketball. She's extremely detailed, completed orders in a timely manner and her customer service is top-notch! Thank you Michelle!

The food was good, like always. We struggled to communicate with the young lady taking our order. Common verbiage or abbreviations used among staff may not be easy for all customers to understand.

Question I used to deliver to this chikfla years ago (2018) It was at 3 4 am i glanced to the kitchen as I was delivering and i saw a little old man in a tux. I i was shook and ran out of that store. has anyone ever seen him besides me ? It was my very first experience like that .!

Love this Chick-fil-A our car overheated right at closing time 12-15-2022 the staff were a life safer. I asked to purchase a gallon of water with out hesitation managers Bonnie and Eric quickly brought 3 pitchers of water. They were super nice and after filling our radiator we made it safely home. This is our home/regular Chick-fil-A and also I can vouch food is always consistently great. Even when the line is long they are like a well oiled machine and really quick and efficient. It's a Chick-fil-A, you should already know how good it is. If not then go there and find out.Edit: even though I have a fast food bias and refuse to give fast food places 5 stars I feel, if I have to give any fast food chain 5 stars then it should be Chick-fil-a and I am doing it because their customer service is sooo good and not because my wife told me to. Now excuse me, I have to go add a star to Whataburger too.
