We just ordered this morning to head out on an 8 hour trip. I ordered a muffin either yogurt and my husband chicken minis with hasbrowns. We waited about 20 minutes into our drive to open the order and first something sma...my husband didn't get ketchup or honey with his order that he asked for when we ordered online. Second I'm done eating my muffin now I go for my yogurt and NO SPOON.OH by the way no napkins either. Never again curbside with this Chickfila. Go to the one in Alon if anything.Being an ex Chickfila worker it doesn't take more then 1 minute to check you have everything in order.
I don't know what happened to this location but they are not what they use to be. On our last 2 visits here, our order has been missing items. Ordered a 12 piece nugget, only had 8 in it. I paid for 12 though. Reached out to the store, was put on hold. Called back, was hung up on. Emailed them, no response. Like a fool, we stopped by there again for a curbside pickup order a few weeks later. Took 30 minutes to get the order, then it was wrong. Called the store, guy put me on hold for another 10 minutes. Comes back and says "Yeah, we did forget those items. Can you come back?" I advised him we were still in the same spot outside. Finally got the full order but by then our drinks were watered down, food we got first time around was cold. It is just always something at this location. The new CFA in Leon Springs is MUCH better. They are always on point and still uphold the friendliness that you expect from CFA. Will avoid the Rim location like the plague going forward.
My first time coming to this location. Ordered two spicy deluxes and two large fries. The fries were most definitely not fresh and tasted weird and the next morning I threw it all up. I called and they said they could not refund me for no actual valid reason. I’m very surprised to say that Whataburger has better customer service than this Chick-fil-A.
Worst chick-fil-A location! The only reason I order from them is because they are the closest to my home. There has never been a time we order food from them and its complete, something is always missing. we ordered 3 sandwiches tonight and inside the bag is only 2 sandwiches and they are telling you to come back for it. How about my time driving back over there? How about my gas ?
This was my first visit and most likely my last. The fries are under cooked, was kinda hoping for a more crispy fry, the sauces are plain without much taste, the food was pretty much the same as Macdonalds. Just one more chicken joint without any real flavor.
you ever wonder why chick-fil-a only serves chicken for meat? it's because they decided to only have chicken and not use beef and it's weird so why? is the big question .
The place was packed but they moved you through quickly. They had employees walking around asking if anyone needed a refill on their drink, delivering your order to your table, and promptly cleaning down the tables. Chick-fil-A has the best service.
I ordered curbside last week and was missing my dressing with my salad. Didn’t realize until I got all the way home. I was only a week postpartum and didn’t have much food in my pantry as we’ve been eating from food deliveries from family, friends, and our own accord. I called the store as I was not going to eat the salad dry with no dressing and just wanted a refund for the entree as it was going to go uneaten. Offered to bring it back that evening or next day for the refund but was told I could not get one. When I asked to speak to a manager above the office manager, a very unprofessional woman named Teresa, I was told there was no manager above her and no one else I could speak with so I contacted another store to ask what they recommend I do. They apologized for her behavior and encouraged us to make a Cares report as it would go to corporate. Apparently, Teresa contacted her manager, Linda Brunt (who she swore she didn’t have), to warn her that I might reach out and submit a cares report. Teresa falsified events to Linda via email as Linda stated to me that she believed her manager. She claimed I never offered to bring back the food, which is false. Management is unprofessional and rude at this location. If you can help it, avoid this location and go to DeZavala as they have much better customer service and always ensure orders are correct! I live between both locations and only went to the Rim because they have curbside but DeZavala just recently opened up their curbside so I will not be going back. Again, please avoid this location. This is not the first time we’ve had issues with our order and/or customer service. Just the first time management demonstrated their low quality service.
Always so super delicious! Getting the gluten free bun and grilled sandwich is VERY filling. The waffle fries are the best addition
Sadly chick fil a food presentation and quality are going down. At least for breakfast. Ordered hashbrown scramble bowl, found a hair in it. Spoke with Louis assist manager and he said I had 1 week to come in and get it replaced. Really? 1 week? Why is there a time limit? Needless to say I was unable to come in before my 1 week time limit. Also ordered 2 sausage biscuits. Biscuit was hard, food was not even warm enough to melt cheese. That problem was not addressed by Louis even though he told me to email pictures to company email. Decided to give them a try again today, same problem with biscuit. Hard and barely room temp, cheese unmelted. Sausage scramble bowl barely had any food in it. Consistency is lacking. What is going on? I’m not one to complain but food quality and presentation are declining at this chick fil a. Customer service is not up to par with other chick fil a restaurants.
