This establishment was visited yesterday on June 19th. Employees should be trained a little better on the customer service part.We went yesterday and felt like a nuisance, we didn’t know if he was ready for our order to be taken so we stood at the front of the time for a couple of minutes. After a bit we were called up, but while we were walking it looked like he whispered something about us to his coworker because she started laughing and looking at us which made us feel really awkward. I scanned my app but wasn’t sure if it went through, so I tried to scan it again to make sure. While trying to scan, the employee sternly said, “Stop. It scanned.” and nothing else. It was just a really awkward ordering experience to where we felt like we were annoying him. We didn’t even hear our name called when the food was ready so it was cold when we got to it.
Very disappointed place was filthy floors,table's we had to clean our own before we could sit down food was mediocre definitely not what we expected from a chick-fi-lay
Bad experience ordered a Sunjoy and they got wrong I ordered from the app to make sure it was correct with my choices of unsweet tea and regular lemonade
By far the most worst Chick-fil-A, I’ve been to. There was soda spilled all over the floor when we walked in and remained there the entire time we were there (about an hour). We had to clean our own tables using hand sanitizer because they were super dirty. When we ordered our food, my wife’s salad had mold on her fruit. They gave us another one but it had mold on it as well. Everything about this place was dirty and gross! Strongly recommend you go somewhere else to eat. And that they hire an adult to manage this place. During our visit we only noticed that they had young high school kids working at the time. No adults supervising.
Service was horrible. I thought they were supposed to be friendly. Plus, the whole place was dirty, especially the rest room. Not very restful.
I work in the mall so obviously this is the fastest thing to get during my break, they forget my sauce every single time no doubt about it. I don’t have time to walk all the way back for sauce but come on seriously! They did it again today, when I got back to my work place and sat down, no sauce ...
Didn’t not receive our full order. I guess this is what you get when kids are the ones working.Pay attention. It’s not complicated. Or have a adult double check what’s going on.
I ordered a Cobb salad and there were a few crumbs of chicken. It was mostly lettuce if even that. They also forgot to give me my sweet tea.

Great place to get a quick bite to eat. Alex was pretty quick to get my food and i had no problems. One of the reviews said the employees werent smiling but last time i checked they are all wearing masks. So i dont see how you can tell or care. Dude lost his mother recently so i understand him but he looks like he is trying his best. Like i said though great place and cant wait to come again.
