The closing crew and management at this location are sub par, especially on Monday nights. My partner was misgendered ( being called a male name) ,instead of asking what the correct name was for an mobile order. Manager of duty found young female crew member misgendering their guest comical and was also very rude. Chicken nuggets and patties were over-cooked and not edible. I went to this location TWICE and received worst service the second time around (including stomach virus symptoms the next morning). This location is not keeping up with the standard and that is very disappointing. Maybe a possible schedule changes and retraining may improve the situation.
There is vast food and then there us Very fast food! I'm always impressed at how quickly those Long move. You can literally be at the end of a mile long line and you will still get your food in about 5 min! No joke! And what I like about all Chick-fil-A is that no matter how fast that line moves they never sacrifice quality and accuracy.
Fast drive thru
Everything was good until I was giving my son some more fries and I grabbed a couple and noticed a small spider crawl out. My husband called and they said nothing can be done since it was through delivery. They also claimed it could’ve been from the delivery persons car but the bag the fries came in was sealed and hot from all the trapped steam. Very disappointed and probably won’t eat from this chick fil a again.
I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. It's my go to fast food place. I got there at 9:30am and wanted 2 sandwiches with fries. They let me know I may have to wait about 10 minutes but they will glad to fill the order. What a great place!
I love Chick-fil-A! We always get great and kind service here. We dined in yesterday, the first time in forever. And it felt wonderful! Special Thank You to the management and staff working. Y'all are doing an amazing job!
Well maybe today wasn’t a day for Chick fil A??Went in to avoid lines however the inside was a mess. The shift manager was having conversations with employees. While the food on the counter was getting cold. The booths were greasy and the tables needed to be wiped down. I went up to the counter to pick up my food to avoid it getting cold. The shift manager said someone would bring it out. When? It’s getting cold and your taking long. Her reply was were short staffed. Then stop having conversations and get the food out. This is the first time since this location has opened that the service was mediocre.
I ordered a large order for dine in for my family including my one year grandson, did not expect to have a piece plastic inside my soup! The manager was not very friendly only apologized, I could have expected a free cookie or something! Then she walked to a table that was right in front of us, they were waiting for their food and gave one of them a free cookie! Also we were waiting for our order as well for a long time! Either way I'm glad my grandbaby did not choke!
We usually go thru the mile long drive thru, but we dined in for lunch on February 21st. and were even more disappointed. We did the mobile order ahead, so when you sit down you enter your table number so they know what table to bring your food. Before sitting down we had to go get sanitary wipes from the counter as all tables and chairs were disgusting. We should not have to clean up someone else's mess! After waiting nearly 20 minutes, I went to the counter to ask why the long wait and why is the drive thru moving thru nearly non-stop. The lady behind the counter said their priority is the drive thru because of DoorDash and other similar pick ups and to keep the long drive thru moving. I guess they don't care about dine in customs. We eventually got our food and it was good. There were 4 of us and they only gave us 1 ketchup and 1 Chick-fil-A sauce. Why? I had to go ask for more and when I sat down I saw one of them split open and I'm sure full of germs. After seeing how they operate it was very sad. Not a way to run a business.
Service seems faster than some other locations. Typical Chick-fil-A flavor, so if that's your thing then this is your place.Good experience, didn't forget any of our items. Can't complain
