Food was great. Upon seating down waitress brought us buttered croissants, took our drink order, brought that over. Then we waited 25-30 minutes and no waitress. We stopped an employee and inquired about the waitress. We found out that she clocked out and left for the day. She failed to communicate to someone else take over our table. Manager came over to apologize, and at the end of our visit, he gave us 25% off the bill. Sad thing, we dined in and was pretty empty. It's not like they were busy.
Cheddar's has the fine dining experience at an affordable price. The menu options were amazing. The fish I ordered was cooked to absolute perfection.The restaurant itself was perfect for a Friday night take your date out to dinner because they had a hard week teaching kids and needed a break. The weight staff was very helpful. They made sure everything was perfect. The front of house manager introduced himself and made sure everything was to our liking.This is definitely now one of my GO TO places for quality dining.
This location is a grade A example of True Customer Service. It was a fairly busy shift, you could tell from the nervous look of the host when she whispered to one of the servers “do we have any room”. Luckily they did?✨ we were sat right away, our waitress was an AMAZING multitasker. Not only did she have multiple tables, she announced a birthday, and greeted everyone with the same enthusiasm as the next. She checked on our table an appropriate amount of times and was very charming. The food came out in a timely manner and was presented in an appetizing manner. Not only that the manager came and checked on every table in a genuine and warm way that at least gave the impression that he runs the establishment ambitiously. (Your staff is so well trained! And seem comfortable working there) it was a happy go lucky environment everyone seemed to be beaming. (Something that I’ve seen lacking in a lot of restaurants lately). When we were leaving we were told goodbye and thank you in a genuine cheerful way by each and every one of the staff (not joking). You really set an amazing standard, and I can’t wait to go back!
First time here and absolutey disappointed. I got their email about Pot Pies which was last week. I decided to try it out today and when you see the photo you will understand why I'm upset ? SMH. Whoever cooking need to go back to school! KFC pot pie way better!
This was all of our first time eating at Cheddars. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the dishes. She was even able to recommend dishes. The spinach dip appetizer was amazing! All of our dinners were great! We will go back to try some other dishes.
Server Nicole was excellent. Food was brought in a timely manner. I had the chicken pot pie while my mom had the white fish platter. Both were very tasty and seasoned perfectly.
The visit was disappointing. Items on the menu were unavailable so I had to substitute. I asked for french fries and they were served cold. I told the waitress and she brought out another dish of tepid fries. She served our neighbors hot croissants and I asked the waitress if that was bread. She said yes it just came out would you like some? I thought she should have asked automatically I asked for an Arnold Palmer but was served u sweet tea with not a hint of lemon in it at all.
Great place. Our server was very friendly and bubbly. And the food was great. Wish they had the nachos still but the sample appetizer that we got instead was just as good.
Good comfort food including the honey butter croissants. Chips and Queso were just ok. Wait person seemed over worked but did a good job all things considered. She was very nice. Chicken pot pie was hearty but way too many peas. Loaded baked potato was just cheese butter and cream. No bacon? Chives? Green onions??
Really enjoyed my experience here. I was looking to enjoy a salad close to home and man it was delicious! Walking in was quick on a Sunday evening and our waitress was incredible. No long wait time and clean restrooms! (That's a must) My family and I frequent another location but, this location was really impressive. We will definitely return! ?
