the service was excellent but not outstanding. didn't seem authentic. the place was cold ,dark and very dirty. I get the whole ambience theme....we recieved a booth big enough for 8 people ..and it was just 4 of us...2 being 6 years old and 8 years old. there was a little wait to be seated,,, I think that the hostess could have made a better decision on where we sat. the table across from us was dirty the entire time. I get that's on the busserI will recommend the food and the service. our server pre bussed everything and not only our table,,,,she was quick with her entire section...

Came here with my fiancé for the first time today. Minimal wait, service was good, our server was great. I ordered the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich, when it arrived there was mold on the bun. Our server immediately offered to take it back and make a new one, which I agreed to because I was starving. Once the new one arrived, I couldn't shake the thought of there being mold in it even though I looked and there wasn't. I never saw a manager, never got an apology. I do expect an apology from a restaurant that places food with mold in front of their customers.

I ordered their classic burger which was hard and over cooked and tasted like cardboard. My wife ordered one of their signature dishes Dijon chicken dish. Chicken was overcooked and subsequently dry. Only reason we when there was because we got a gift card. Won’t return. First and last visit.

The service was great. The food was delicious and very good. The appetizers were excellent. We ordered the Chips and queso and the Wisconsin cheese bites. We ordered the chicken fried steak with two sides of our choice. Chicken tenders kids meal for my little one.

The place was busy, on Friday around 2pm, but the bar had plenty of space open, and the Bar tender was great. This comfort food is good, the chicken fried steak was perfect with the right amount of gravy. I had mashed potatoes and green beans for sides. My girlfriend had the Salmon on a bed of rice with broccoli and rice casserole. The salmon was well cooked and flavored well. We had the mini cheese bites for appetizers, sooo good. Overall experience was great, no complaints, food came out fast, and hot even though they were busy, well done. My 2 cents.

So, there's a reason that this location is constantly packed; the service is amazing and the food is phenomenal. The croissants alone, drizzled with honey butter, are well worth the wait. If you've never had a painkiller and like coconut, you need to try this drink! Fabulous! When ordering appetizers, be advised that you might want to wait to order food until you've finished. You will not go hungry here! The Monte Cristo is a sweet and savory treat! It's like a light and fluffy donut filled with melted cheese, ham, and turkey. With a dusting of powdered sugar and raspberry preserves on the side, this is a winner!!! Ruben, thank you for the great service! We'll be back!

Serves was good overall food was delicious and drinks where excellent except the only thing was my new Orleans platter didn’t have any shrimp and around my area looked very dirty now Comfortable to eat

Service was good. Had to wait 30 minutes to be seated on a Monday night. Steaks & salmon were perfect. Salads were fresh. Baked potato not great. Bar service a tad slow. Great atmosphere. 4 1/2 stars. 1/17/22.

The wait-time was not bad but our table for five was two smaller tables pushed together when there were large booths visibly available. The area around our table as well as our seats were dirty. It was strange. We cleaned them ourselves. The service was good. Not great but not bad.We ordered some Cheddars favorites : cheddar bites, croissants, chicken strips and a Monte Cristo sandwich. The food was the same as the service: not great but not bad.One person in our party is vegetarian and ordered the veggie plate with potato soup. The server asked if we wanted bacon; we stated no bacon. That’s noteworthy because upon bringing the soup to our table, the server informed us that the soup is made with bacon. So although no extra bacon was put on top, there is bacon in the soup. This really should have been mentioned upon ordered especially since we specifically stated that we did not want bacon in the soup. We were not offered a refund or any other menu options. The server did not return to refill our water nor did he ask us if we needed the check. This restaurant has one other electronic pseudo-mini-kiosk self service things so we used that to pay our bill.I enjoyed my visit due to my company but the food and service might sour your visit.

First time here since they opened long ago. And I love how they changed. They give you croissants upon sitting down. They were so good I forgot to take a picture. Had the Cajun Alfredo it was good and the pain killer drink. I'm not a heavy drinker so one was good enough for me . Either way I think it has a two limit. To seat on a busy day was about 30 min wait. The waitress was very nice and always had everything we needed. I will definitely be back .
