Terrible experience. Ordered fries and just through them in a sack paper bag. No care to satisfying their customers needs. Would not recommend coming back. Needs better management and training.

Was my first time eating at Charley's. I went with the cashiers recommendation which was the regular Philly cheese steak. Ordered it as a combo with regular fries and a drink.
Good food and good service.
Serves Philly style sandwiches. Fillings are steak, bacon, chicken with a few Deli type subs also. and even a Vegan one. Food is tasty, something like a SubWay except with Philly Steak sandwiches. We were staying on Randolph AFB and this place was easy to get to. Open to 10 PM except on Sunday, closes at 7. Reasonably price and we thought the service was good. We got there as they were closing but they made our food anyway. Could have just as easily turned us away. If we go back we will visit Charley's again.
