Ordered the philly cheese steak and ultimate fries and it was delicious. Had it delivered by Uber Eats and received it warm and fresh.I will definitely order again.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had, waited at counter for at least 5 minutes before being greeted by one of the 3 over excessive and unnecessary staff on board.Tried explaining I would like a sandwich with just sauce meat and cheese and was treated in a rude and in welcoming manner for not understanding the menu.If I did not have my spouse there to take over and place the order for me my money would have been spent elsewhere!
I need to give these 5 stars to PAOLA. She is there every time I go. She is always multitasking & pushing the other employees to work. She keeps the place clean & the food fresh. She is always on top of each customers needs. Hard to find people with customer service like hers these days. Thank you PAOLA!
Today was my first time eating from here (we ordered delivery) and the philly cheese steak was on point. We really liked the philly and definitely recommend. But I had to take away a star because I ordered an order of fries and got like 10 fries. So kind of skimpy on the fries that’s the only downside.

I needed a sandwich remade and the lady started questioning me??? asking like i didnt check sandwiches before hand but why would she ask me a question in the first place??? try again charleys not spending my money here anymore because one person can't do customer service right.
