Stay away. Chrages you for a sandwich that you didn't order just because it's a couple dollars more. Thankfully I caught it and questions "charles" about it and he looked at me like he didn't know what I was talking about. Asked him to look at the sign behind him to verify the price and he corrected it. Very bad business to cheat your customer.

Good food, but for crying out loud, get a chip reader! Swiping credit cards is insecure. Chip tech has been out for a decade. Second, the cashier is forced to touch everyone’s card during a pandemic. Why do you refuse to upgrade the point of sale? What are you waiting for?
The food taste great. Food is prepared in an area you can see. Food is prepared as you order, so there is an acceptable wait time. Condiment section needs attention, as there were things they either were out, or needed to be refreshed. Presentation of food is also good. Food is fresh and delicious for a fast food restaurant. I had a good experience.
Charlies cheesecake ingram park pall very unsanitary handling money then food not washing hands after touching face and restaurant looked like they havent cleaned in over a week and whn asked about it they were rude i dont recommend charlies in ingram park mall not unless u want to get sick

Surprisingly good daily special on the chicken Philly cheesesteak. Suggest get two of the sandwiches one is just not enough but the flavor is so good you want a little bit more.
