I love this place the staff is amazing expecially this one lady Rachel she's super friendly and kind makes me feel welcome just by the fact that she what I order and who I am when we go lol and even tho they are busy they are fast on the orders and never take long , I'm a picky and hate eating new things type of people but everything is good with an amazing flavors . The shakes are amazing .
Expensive for what it is. A very bland and boring cheese steak. Had to add my own seasoning and extra cheese because they was hardly any. They have inspired me to never eat there again and to just make my own damn cheese steak.
After shopping my husband and I were hungryyyy.....Best Customer Service. There was only 2 girls working and they were VERY busy but still managed to smile and give excellent customer service!! Those girls rocked!! That was our 1st time eating there and we definitely will eat there again..
Got some food for my family and the lady at the register was super nice and did everything correctly. One of our orders was messed up so I let them know and the woman in the back Rachel rudely asked if she wanted us to remove the vegetables or make us a new one as if it was our fault when the receipt is correct on what we ordered. I asked that she make us a new one and it took 20 minutes for the new one when I asked for an update the manager walked by and asked what happened so I let him know and Rachel buds in and rolls her eyes at me and says it was a mistake on her part walks away. If it wasn’t for Rachel’s profanity and attitude it would have been a great experience.
This is a new restaurant inside Walmart. So far for our first order and as we can see from customers ahead of us that this is not a “fast food” business. On the upside if you have time to spare the philly steak sandwich and the fries taste good. The staff is friendly as well
I got the classic philly in a 6inch with no lett..tom or pickle. I found it to be skimpy flavorless meat with the only hope of flavor was the cheese and the grilled peppers. It was supposed to have grilled mushrooms but being a first time visitor..I didn't check that untill I was done. Going ok..wow! Those would have been good. I still think it's sad though that the meat flavor can't stand alone.
( Feb 28 4:30 pm )I ordered the 6 piece teriyaki bone in wings to go. Paid then told lady I needed to grab a couple of things and I would be back in 10 minutes . Well when I came back they had sold my order to someone else !!!!!! So now I'm waiting . It didn't take them long to whip up another 6 piece of teriyaki chicken . But the chicken was so hard I couldn't even eat half of it . I think they over cooked it or cooked it way to fast , but anyway I paid 8.67 for some chicken jerky and had to wait again for my food. They didn't offer me nothing for the inconvenience. The whole crew needs to go back to training on how to take care of customers and prepare food correctly..
I waited about 15 min for my order when there was only one small order a head of mine. There is no sense of urgency in this kitchen. Everybody seems to me moping around like there isn’t anything to do. My food got cold in the time that it took to bag the order. Fries were cold like they were for a previous order but to much was dropped. First bad experience with Charley’s and I definitely will not be returning to this location if any. Very upsetting because I love Charlie’s.
First time coming here and was let down. Stood in line forever, took the first person 5+ minutes to order. Next person seemed to be searching for something on her phone, instead of having it ready. They just stand there looking around, like they are not even at work. I'm not waiting 20 minutes just to order food, already seen reviews that it can take twice as long to get your food.Horrible customer service. Train your employees better, you lost a customer over it today and I'm sure I'm not alone.
Worse service i ever had50 mins of waitingEven reported it to Customer Site and never receive a reply1) order gets given to other customer and thrown away after returned; sure i get it.2) Asked 5 times when Im getting my meal back, 40 mins NOTHING. Dead expections.3) Ask for refund after min 50, shorted a dollar on $21 order. WTHWaste your time somewhere else, they obviously dont care at all.
