Love this place! Just moved here from New York (so I know good pizza) and I’m obsessed with the food and the service! The bartender, Aliyah, was so sweet and attentive, even when she was slammed with other customers. The specials are awesome too - I’ll definitely be coming back!
This time we had their burgers which were dry and the tots were a bit too crispy. Last time we went we had their pizza and it was really good but that was before covid so I don't know if this is the new normal for them or not. The manager seemed really nice though.
I've frequented this establishment for 5+ years now, around the time it first opened. The first meal was understandably wrought with issues as were several over the years. I've finally had enough of spending $100+ for awful service, untrained staff, and massive variations in food quality. The slide/area for the kids is the only draw to this place. It's unfortunate, as the owner of the franchise seems like a wonderful man.The "business model" that was shared with me by a Corp manager was, hire cheap inexperienced staff and provide them on the job training. So the customer suffers with the staff turnover as you're basically walking into a daily training session. When I come to eat, I want the chef preparing the meal for my hard earned money, not the apprentice hired that morning...
The pizza was about 8/10 for taste, 6/10 for price by size. Options are about as numerous as your average pizza joint, but some of your norms are replaced with exotics. Neat little playground for the kids in the outside seating area, decent adult beverage selection. Service was among the slower in town given the low business level at our visit (less than 50% full).
Was very disappointed with the lack of service. The food was decent but I won’t be coming back. Took long to get seated and the employee saw us at the door and couldn’t even acknowledge us or anything. Then we get seated to wait again and once we got our food we never saw our waitress, had to ask for a refill and get up to ask for the check and pay. Don’t waste your time or money here. The staff is very under trained.
Food is amazingly delicious but it takes forever just to get Anything you order. For example it takes like 20 min just to get a beer served here.
Stopped by to watch some college football over a meal. It's been a few months since my last visit when they were a little short-staffed and overwhelmed, but they were properly staffed this time and the service was great. There were a lot of kids on the small playground on the side, but I sat inside where it wasn't crowded at all. Staff was welcoming at the door and immediately seated. Since it wasn't crowded, they didn't mind me picking my table of choice. There's about 30 TV's around the restaurant all showing sports. Since there's TV's all around the restaurant, you'll always have a view of the games.Waiter came over to take drink orders and offer some recommendations. Kept it simple and started off with a Team Greece Salad. Salad came out within 5 minutes and was nicely made. Lettuce was crisp, other veggies were fresh, and had a nice vinaigrette dressing. For the meal, ordered 6 Korean Kicker wings and the large Touchdown pizza. Both came out after about 15 minutes and were both freshly made. The wings had a great, unique flavor and weren't overly sauced. The pizza was equally as good. Fresh toppings, thin crust, and cut into nice small slices. The crust has a nice, fresh herb seasoning that kept the pizza good to the last bite.Throughout the meal, waiter did a great job of constantly filling up the glasses and removing any empty plates. He even did a good job of coming over to talk college football since he knew I was there to watch the games. Overall, good food, service, and place to watch some sports.
I try to avoid giving any place a bad review, but the poor service, quality of food, & prices here made the review unavoidable. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else.
I called around noon to place an order for a 6pm pick up on a Friday evening. The employee I spoke with (I think it was Mira) was incredibly friendly and helpful. I met her to pay for my order upon pickup as well, and she was very professional, polite & courteous - a high level employee. My wife ordered the “Greek” pizza and thought the flavor was good but felt the pizza was too thin. I ordered the “Ninja Turtle” which is jam packed with pepperoni. Delicious if you’re a pepperoni fan, but was similarly thin. Due to it being a thinner pie, the pepperoni overload caused it to taste a bit tough, as there was nothing more to offset the layers of pepperoni. Now, the game changer with all of their pizzas is the crust. I don’t know exactly what the mixture is, but they put a garlic / dill / butter spread on the crust and it’s phenomenal! The restaurant has good indoor and outdoor seating with a kids play area too. Inside it’s got a big bar with tons of TVs to watch the games. Overall, we dig this local joint and it’s 3 mins from my house which helps. We dig this spot!
Maybe just stick to pizza? We didn't actually get pizza, but the food we did get wasn't much to boast about. They threw all 3 of our wing flavors into on container and we couldn't tell the difference between them. The chicken Alfredo had no flavor. Next time we will try the pizza...hopefully its a better experience.
