Best carnitas tacos and torta ever! Torta moreliana! Soooo good!
Great food however the experience is below expected. They expected the customer to wait to order in the full sun in a 100 degree weather a provide no shade. This truck was not just parked it was in a location with other trucks who did provide the customer shade from the sun. I just can't believe the owner does not care to provide some sort of shade to order from this restaurant. That is why I will no go again and do not recommend this establishment. I am sorry but if a food truck parks at a random location I fully understand but this was not the case. So if you still want to order make sure you take an umbrella or something to protect yourself from the harsh Texas sun. Again I will say the food is excellent just not the customer experience.

Best place for carnitas outside of Mexico.Moist,tender,flavorful and you find the whole pig, non of dry pork butt and pork shoulder you find everywhere else. A MUST HAVE!!

Carnitas tacos are my favorite! These were super good and so filling. I mistakenly ordered 4 but I'm only halfway through my second taco and already full. So worth the price because of the amount of meat put in.
Food took an hour to get and there wasn't a line. Bought carnitas by the pound which thankfully were good but probably will not go again as they are now 21 bucks and just not worth it for me. It's a bit much for a food truck.
Coming from Mexico, finding good, authentic food with high-quality ingredients is very hard.My boyfriend had recommended the Carnitas Don Raúl food truck to me so we decided to try it today. We ordered the 1lb of carnitas, which comes with lime, salsa, repollo, and tortillas. The carnitas were juicy, fresh, the meat so tender that it melts in your mouth. The salsa was to die for - fresh, spicy, and with the perfect hint of cilantro. I loved it! Simple ingredients cooked and made fresh. The food here brought me back to Mexico and the taste was so good that it made me tear up with nostalgia for my home country. This is by far the best and most authentic Mexican food that I have come across in my time in San Antonio. I absolutely recommend trying this place out!
