I've always wanted to try Carlos's cakes.Big disappointment Paid $99 for a 10" rainbow cake for my daughter's birthday and it was the deception of the party. I have tried $30 kake way betterIt was dry and all we could taste it was the sugar in it.
Lobster tail are good, but the cupcakes were so blah! I thought the cupcakes will be delicious for the price, for the place but actually was no flavor nothing special disappointed
Buddy Valastro outta be ashamed of his self for calling himself the CAKE BOSS. The presentation of the pastries is nice but the taste is less than MID. I had better tasting deserts from WALMART for a fraction of the price. I ain't gonna call him Buddy anymore, he is now FOE.
Overpriced and not that great. Can’t be sure they bake in house? Asked and was told yes, but seems like frozen then decorated. Pricing in store is high. Items I bought were hard as a rock. The frosting on the beautifully decorated sugar cookie fell off in one piece. The cookie was so hard, inedible.
I finally got an opportunity to try this bakery and I have zero regrets. Everything we ordered was delicious and took our taste buds on a sweet adventure. Definitely recommend!
The cream cookie cake was so bad..dry and taste bad no one even finished their slice ..and they selling each slice for 10 dollars whyy??
I have mixed feelings about this review. But after my experience I cannot recommend ordering from Carlos Bakery.I ordered a few weeks ahead of time so my order would be delivered on a Friday. The order came in 3 days late on the following Monday around 7pm.The dry ice had melted and the lobster tails had defrosted. I had to throw the whole order away. At this point I was upset with the shipping company.So I emailed the help link from Carlos to see what they could do. Days went by without a response. After several days my wife called Carlos Bakery.They were nice and told her it was good that we didn't eat the lobster tails but they said they could not help. They directed her to the help emailSo for a third time I sent an email and never heard anything. I called my Credit Card company and initiated a dispute of the charges. It has been about a month and the issue has still not been settled. I still have not heard back from Carlos Bakery. So now I am also upset with them. I recommend you not order from them, unless you are willing to go thru the same hassle. Life is to short for that. Hope this helps someone deciding where to order or not.See photo attached. It also appears that the people who handled the delivery played basket ball with the box. The lobster tails were all shook up.
Ordered Valentine’s Day cookies for loved ones and these cookies were horrible. Hard, tasteless. And dried out. Like cardboard. I should’ve just baked some homemade cookies myself. Even I can bake way better cookies than these. Not quality at all. Paid 40$ What a horrible waste of money.
Carlo Bakery has a very nice vibe. Great choice of treats as well. I will definitely return
