Tonight I ordered 2 manager's specials and the wings were totally dry and tough down to the bone. In all of my years eating at your restaurant, I always had a really good product to eat, so I was very disappointed. I've even bragged to other people about your chicken. I don't know if I'll return. Not good.

Yesterday was the 2nd time in the last 2 weeks that I've bought the 8 piece gizzard meal. Both times, the gizzards have been tough as leather. Probably because it's been a good while that they were cooked. On both occasions I asked if they were freshly cooked and was told yes. Very disappointed with the gizzard.
Drove thru, one car in front of me, several employees walked past me a few times, waited to be acknowledged. Didn’t happen. Young girl comes out and takes my order. She comes back a few minutes later and took my card for payment. Waited another 7-8 minutes and she still had my card which I don’t like. She finally cameOut with my order and my card. Now, the food. I ordered the chicken livers which are usually pretty decent. Yuk! They were over fried and hard as a rock. I wasn’t about to go back to the restaurant as it’s a little far from my house. Lesson learned. No more Bush’s.
The chicken is always good, but I could not believe for a 10 piece with 2 sides i was charged $40.04 . Chicken $35.99 now they charge you a service fee for using credit cards (mind you my card was a debit card, they didn't even ask me), tax 2.97. I definitely will not be going back, the nice girl said that they raise prices every week.
Waiting for my order I saw an employee use a trash can to wipe grease off of the box of chicken and place the box of chicken in the window with the food.Also there was roaches climbing on the counter by the register.Definitely regret spending my money here.Calling manager in the morning hopefully they answer.This happened on 05.17.22
Excellent tasting chicken but $50 for a 15 piece with 2 sides and no drinks is way too high. Their menus which are posted outside the building do not show prices and with good reason. Not a good value.
Like the food, hate this location. Every single time I come in here I'll stand at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me and they always take their sweet time doing so. At least 4 different employees walked by me without even asking me if I had been helped and 1 of them was the manager. Then when I get my drinks, I asked the girl for a drink holder and she told me they didn't have any while walking away to go stand by the door by drive-thru and text on her phone. I've been to other locations and they are nowhere near this level of poor service.
I finally get to cash out. she's legit, reliable and experience. I invested $500 to earn $5,800... Easier than I thought.
