I was excited to try this place, but I was underwhelmed. The burgers were fine, but not worth a revisit. The SWAG (Spicy Wagyu) burger wasn't as spicy or tasty as expected. My wife was very excited for the Ghost Pepper Honey on her Spicy Fi'ed Chicken Sandwich, but they were so chintzy with it neither of us could even taste it. We got the Urban Style Fries, which we liked because of all the toppings, but I think we would have hated the fries on their own. They were greasy and way overcooked. Also, all the different fry style choices aren't listed on the menu, so you have to know before you go, like In 'N Out burger, which I find annoying. None of the food was bad, but it certainly doesn't stand out either.
My go to for a quick lunch when I want a great hamburger. Always clean, always a short wait time, and the order ahead works great with accurate times for your order to be ready. A favorite of all my staff at work for a staff lunch too. Prices have remained reasonable compared to similar chains that have shot up in the last two years.
The food is so good and unique. I love the urban style fries. The portions are very filling. The atmosphere is very family friendly. There is an area for the kids to play and the adults to watch tv. The customer service is great, very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for any occasion.
One of my little boy’s favorite dine-in burger places. Great playground (he may be big for 11, but all the staff and families are super sweet accepting his autism and let him enjoy playing too).
Hi quality burger. I tried the veggie one trade ' the beyond meat' . Very good taste.Organic food. Home made onion rings.
That burger was amazing!! And yes, onion rings really are that huge. Staff super nice!!
Didn't care for the food. Onion rings were bland so were the chicken tenders. Fries mediocre at best and very expensive for the kids meal prices. Giving this a few starts because the restaurant was very clean , nice staff and they had an outdoor playscape that my kiddos absolutely enjoyed. There was chalk there so that was a bonus. This would be the only reason why I'd return because of the kiddo entertainment it provides and cleanliness
