I love this place so much but they gave me an unspeakable and inedible hot dog. See pic below. I have been going to “Whopper Burger” since I was a child and am very disappointed in that nasty thing they served me. I would just like to ask if they would want to serve this to a loved one? How could they be proud of serving this thing in the photo? I don’t understand and smh. I am very saddened by what they call good food. Will not recommend anymore. Recently started getting take out from here, live close by downtown. The food is AMAZING, we absolutely love the burgers and shakes, the service is great too. They've always been so quick to get the food out and very nice when we go. They're super friendly and very willing to help. Shout out to the girl who went back inside to get me a cup holder and even a bag just to make it easier to carry. She noticed I was walking and asked then went back to grab it and i didn't even ask for the bag. Above and beyond service right there, i really appreciated that. I noticed there usually busy when I go, good job to this location, stay safe. Looking forward to swinging by next time I'm looking for take out.
If you are in the mood for the juiciest and most flavorful burger you have ever tasted in your life, then Burger Boy is where you need to head asap. Their buns are soft and warm and have a hint of sweetness which enhances the savory goodness of the patties, making each bite a euphoric experience. The shakes are just as amazing as the burgers so don’t forget to add one to your order! Every single flavor is incredible and has the creamiest and softest texture (my recommendation is the coconut shake, I could drink it like water). Their customer service is impeccable and it is such a delight every time we go, whether we sit down and eat or go through the drive thru. Burger Boy is a San Antonio gem and by far the best burger and shakes in town, possibly the state.
I planned out my walk from downtown hotel to the zoo and came across Burger Boy....Great reviews.....Saw it on my walk to the Zoo and stopped in on my way back and glad I did! WOW what a great burger. Staff were superb. Since I walked they came out to the door and took my order and then brought it to me. And like I said the burger was amazing!!

Looking for an old school burger? Look no further than the original Burger Boy.Since it turned into a Franchise I’ve notice quite a few new employees which is probably why I’ve seen an increase in getting my order wrong or received incomplete/wrong orders.Line moves pretty quick.Food is awesome, would highly recommend they fix the speaker at the drive through.
Went through the drive thru for milkshakes with my husband. Delicious & fresh
