I have the chocolate Azteca and cinnamon and my wife had both the chocolate and vanilla stracciatella. All high quality ice cream and wonderful.
The ice-cream here is delicious. We tried different ones before deciding which one to get. We got a cone with Burgundy Cherry, and a cone with Maple Walnut and Cookie Butter.I like that the flavors were very tasty and sweet enough.I'll definitely will be coming back.
Great ice cream and gelato! Cool, unique flavors. I had a lavender chai and a goat cheese flavor. There was one dairy free flavor available when we went.

Brindles is the best ice cream shop in San Antonio. I have been going there for many years and I would like to especially recognize a young woman named Joy. She has always been so courteous, kind, helpful, always has a sweet word to say, and when I leave she always tells me to have a blessed day. When I leave, I always have a smile on my face because of her! I would also like to acknowledge their ice cream maker, Caroline. I have put in many special requests over the years- a special ice cream made for my husband's birthday every year and she has come through like a shining star! The wonderful people at Brindles go above and beyond and always exceed my expectations! If you have yet to go, please hurry because their ice cream is waiting for you and it is fabulous! Delicious ice cream! So many interesting choices. I loved their Azteca, which is chocolate & cinnamon, and their coffee heath bar ones.The honey one was also delicious!Very friendly and helpful staff also.
