They have bar seating or high backed booths that reduce the sounds from other diners. A clean bathroom, and good servers. The bento meals are well portioned and tasty. If you live close by it's a good choice, I live 15 minutes away and would make the trip if I was craving a quick "Korean/Japanese" style meal.
First time coming here. The service was good. They were very attentive & filled our water frequently. I got the spicy chicken teriyaki & my boyfriend got the spicy beef bulgogi. Both dishes came with miso soup & an egg roll. Both meals were ok but nothing special or memorable. The best part of the whole meal was the little Epoca Cool Plus drink they brought at the end. Neither of us had had this before. It was a creamy delight. Loved it!
Super delicious ! My husband and I came in on a Friday and I had recalled eating at Bowl & Box a couple years back. So glad we decided to come in because the food was extraordinary ! We both got boxes and were not disappointed. We recently moved to this part of town and are so lucky to be close to this place. Cannot say enough amazing things about this place. The owner (I assume) was so nice and welcoming. We can't stop talking about it!
Second time coming in, we love it. Yes, it is a bit pricey but it can satisfy a normal stomach if you're not looking for "America McSizing". The young man and older lady that run the front are the nicest and sweetest people I've met and their politeness shows that the people complaining are just being entitled jerks. I will continue to give this place my business and so will many more as during the time I wrote this, the restaurant was packed in.
I was thoroughly impressed buy this restaurant. The customer service and attention to detail was amazing. The food was hot and fresh and probably the best Asian food I have had in a very long time. I ordered the beef ribeye bulgogi and it was to die for. They got my food out fast, and the prices were fair. I asked if they had dessert and unfortunately they didn’t have any but she gave me a free yogurt drink which was super refreshing with my meal. Definitely plan on coming back and with my family.
Was looking for something different, something new and Bowl & Box pupped up in my search.So I tried it out and it was worth the trip. The restaurant is small but cozy, very hospitable. The service was impeccable very attentive to and guiding in how picking a delicious dish. What I loved is that all the food was not placed up in one plate, you get mix how you want or like. The seasoning of the meats was right on and mixed so well with the vegetables served. Amazing!I’m definitely coming back to try something else.
Vegetarians can pass. Small greasy noodle dishes with not many vegetables or much taste. They did bring out more veggies when brought to their attn. Cold soup. Staff was very friendly.
Great japchae. Dumpling had a weird aftertaste. Overall filling and delicious meal. Fast, attentive service. If you dine in, there is a surprise at the end of your meal.
Their food is always fresh and so good! The spicy teriyaki chicken is my favorite!
Great food, great presentation. My wife and I got takeout orders and everything was beautifully organized and tasted great. I love the variety of side dishes included and the soup was very solid. Overall, awesome experience. We will definitely come back many times. Thank you ?
