Always great. Plentiful dishes. Clean place. Happy, helpful servers. Managets happy to see you. Strong drinks. The food never fails to please. Solid menu. Great staff. Even held a private party with a pre-planned menu at one time. Deserts are tasty. Affordable and reasonable.

First of all the service was incredible. Food was fantastic and delicious dessert.

We whipped into this place late this morning, about 11am. We were pleasantly greeted by a cheerful hostess, followed by an even friendlier waitress. The service was excellent. The waitress offered lots of suggestions since this was our first time to eat there. We ordered a couple of appetizers, alligator bites and the boudin. Both amazing! The cilantro pesto for dipping the bread in...this is AMAZING! There of us got the pecan crusted chicken and mashed potatoes. It's to die for! The grilled salmon was delicious with lemon butter sauce. The Creole Pasta was delicious as well. The restrooms were clean. One downside was that they don't have a changing table for the babies.Overall, we were very satisfied and impressed! We will be going back again!!

We're in the area on vacation & wanted to try some local seafood. This place is delicious!!! We had the oysters, jambalaya, calamari & mahi mahi. Everything was excellent & our waitress was exceptional. I would definitely eat here again.

Words like superb, superior, and heavenly come to mind when eating here. Our 4th time we have loved everything we have ordered. The oysters are by far the best in San antonio. The food is amazing and the bartenders are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, definitely focus on giving you a drink to enhance the food and atmosphere experience. This has quickly become our go to spot we can't get enough and my partner didn't even like seafood until we went here. 1 million out of 5 stars easily

I came to Bourbon St Restaurant just to have a drink with my friend cause it was close and she said it was really good. I honestly wasn’t expecting anything since it’s a chain restaurant. We order the sangria, which was very good.My friend order the seafood pasta and the seafood fondue to share, OMG they were delicious and just to make the experience better, they brought bread.. yes this Amazing Bread!!! I have to say I’m not a bread eater, but this one, is just extremely good, as I write this, I’m craving it ?‍♀️?? and the secret is not just the taste and soft texture of this bread, they bring you an amazing green vinaigrette that you dip the bread with, I’m not sure what it has besides then olive oil but they should sell it definitely cause it’s addictive and extremely good.Honestly I loved this New Orleans cuisine restaurant, I have to come back to try more options!!!

New Orleans is definitely the theme but the murals, paintings and chandeliers make it inviting and not "cheesy." It's been a while since I've been able to rave about a restaurant and its food. The only person not perfectly pleasant was the hostess. Everyone else was wonderful, especially our server, Diana. She brought us the most delicious, soft bread served with oil and herbs. For entrees, I ordered the herb crusted salmon with lump crab and hubs had fried shrimp and catfish. Let me just say the crab was so sweet and delicious, probably the best I've ever had. The salmon was enormous. Flaky, so tasty with a lemon butter sauce in just the right amount. Served on a bed of garlic sauteed spinach that was just as flavorful as the rest of the dish and the perfect accompaniment. I was full 3/4 of the way through but it was so mouth-wateringly delicious, I had to finish it. Hubs very much enjoyed his shrimp and catfish. The shrimp were sweet and delicate, very fresh. He couldn't finish the catfish or french fries. He also mentioned the cocktail sauce being the perfect degree of spicy. Diana kept our glasses full and our table clean, very polite and friendly. We will definitely be back to try other dishes. If you're in the area, eat here.

Went here after church with the fiancé for a Valentine’s Day lunch. Got the blackened chicken with smoked pepper sauce and dirty rice. It was pretty good.

No one asked me how my food was, but it wasn’t good. It was very mediocre. I was highly excited because this place had good ratings and it didn’t appear to be a chain.I was excited about the escargot. Thank God for lemons, because otherwise- Bland. Then I got the Herb Crusted Salmon (subbed the spinach for Asparagus). The salmon was apparently fried, and the salmon experience was gone. It wasn’t bad. It was interesting. But nothing I was overly excited about finishing. And even still, the asparagus was pretty well flavorless (tasted (texture and such) as if maybe it was frozen)- again, thank God for Lemon… and salt and pepper….Sad experience. I don’t live here. But I definitely wouldn’t come again if I did.
