They have tables. You don't have to just stand up... Good show, good atmosphere. Pretty chill.

I've been coming to this bar to check out the live Texas Music scene for years now; decades even! Bonds is an Iconic S.A music scene venue.
This place is a really cool bar & venue, I wish they booked more thrash/death/black metal bands, punk bands and underground rock bands, they seem to book a lot of cover bands and tio bands haha.It would be cool if they had Metal DJ nights too, a lot of the music in the bar is just 99.5 kiss radio rock. Other bars in SA have metal/rock DJs, but not the most metal bar in SA.
Was a great place the stage set up was good the sound was great we went there to see my Son and the band to perform Dying Within the Bartender was great nice place on the Riverwalk
First off, downstairs bar is what a Rock bar should be like. Friendly staff. Awesome jukebox. Great drink prices. Cool place to hangout with friends. All around great experience and well established. Second, upstairs live bands!! Again friendly staff and awesome sound! Great drink prices. Another great experience! On a side note.. Left music gear and personal belongings behind by accident. Returned the following day. Thanks to the staff, it was put away. Received undamaged. That’s what you call excellent honest service! Thank you owners and staff for your fantastic bar service! A place where we can feel comfortable and have a great time!We recommend you drop by and enjoy a cool Rock bar!
What can I say about this place? If your a native of S.A. and frequent the downtown nightlife entertainment watering holes our badass city offers than you've probably heard it all. And I guarantee its all good. It's kept me coming back for 20 years!! So if I'd have to add a caption to express my opinion of Bonds 007 rock bar then I'd have to say..I LOVE THIS BAR!!! CHEERS !
Bond's Rock Bar is okay, drinks at a good price & the atmosphere is definitely Hard Rock, close to Metal. Don't think they plan any live music, but will check.
Great service. Inexpensive and always a great time.
