The overall experience was incredible. We did get there early; however, they were able to seat us right away. The waitress made recommendations with our drinks and appetizers that were amazing choices. We got the quail and meatballs. The entrees were phenomenal. Our waitress was incredible throughout the dining experience. She was present throughout our meal and helped if we needed anything.

Went for my birthday. Food was absolutely amazing and they adjusted for my dairy allergy even making a custom dessert that was delicious!
Seems like a nice place for mostly locals, far from the tourist filled down town. However, as wine bar, the wine offerings were somewhat underwhelming, especially the red flight, which was full of Italian wines only.
We had a fantastic dinner at the Boiler House! I highly recommend the mac and cheese - some of the best I've ever had!

The food was very good but a little over proced for the amount you received. The real downer was the hostess acted like she couldnât see our reservation, even thought i could see it clearly on the tablet. Then tried to seat us at a high table, when we asked for a standard. Unfortunately the poor service didnt stop there, the main dishes came, bit not he sides, then they forgot on of the sides. By the time the all the food was delivered two people were done Eating.

We visited The Pearl for the first time 7/15/22 and decided to have lunch at The Broiler House. it was a great decision! The food was amazing! Classic dishes with a Texas twist made lunch a real treat! Recommended the Texas Caviar! The staff was great from the minute we walked in. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. We were able to meet the Executive Chef, Frank Hernandez. He took the time to chat with us and tell us about new dishes on the menu. Highly recommend this restaurant and Chef Hernandez!
