Best chain to get your boba fix! I love all the flavors and options available. Their tapioca is always fresh. The prices are very reasonable and the employees are polite.

It's a shame that their service is so terrible because the tea is usually fairly good.I ordered a tea and they put the wrong type of tapioca in it so I asked that they make it right and they said that it was my fault for not double checking to make sure that they had got the order right. Stuff like this is usually a simple fix but the employee in the red glasses tried to tell me just to take the tea and be happy with it. They also remade it wrong I had asked for half sugar and I watched them dump four giant scoops in.It's a shame that this place is gone downhill so much it definitely makes me not want to come back.
Teas aren’t bad. Only reason I’m giving three stars is because I asked for boba tea and I evidently didn’t explain myself well enough. I received iced tea and explained to the staff it was likely my mistake and asked if they could simply blend it for me. They pointed to an area I assume there was a sign and said “no refunds or exchanges” I was fairly disappointed they were unwilling to rectify the error even if I was willing to take the blame.
Everything is great, I always come here. But I was there a little while ago and the cashier her name on the ticket said nga H she was rude and not friendly at all. Definitely wouldn’t come back if she’s going to he the cashier.
When I went here the other day it was so good!! Normally I go hear a lot but when I went a few weeks back the boba was not even cooked it was hard and so dusting, the drink by its self was so good.
I would not recommend. sucked up a plastic piece in my drink .Boba Tea Check your appliances or equipment to make sure a child doesn't choke next. Drove too far down to go back.
me and my family used to be regulars at this place for a couple years now, but its not what it used to be. the last couple of times we went, our drinks tasted foul and didnt mix together; as if the milk was rotten or something. my milk tea tasted like pure syrup and mymoms smoothie was not blended fully.perhaps the new employees need more training, or the store owners have changed? but the quality of the drinks declined...
The slushee pomegranate boba tea was okay but what honestly sucked was the waiting time. There were three customers ahead of me and didn’t expect to wait 20 minutes for some boba tea and egg rolls. I waited for a bit for the egg rolls to be ready but eventually told the lady I’m leaving because I had somewhere to be and to give them to someone else. Not mad just upset. If the volume of people is too much, I would recommend to have more employees because 20 mins for boba tea is a lot to wait on. There were only two people managing the place and eventually another lady came in. The sense of urgency to complete orders should be more present within the employees. It really sucks because I’ve been here before and never waited this long.
The best Chia Tea!!!! My toddler also loves the chocolate shake they have. Macaroons was also amazing!!!
