First time at Bobâs. We avoided as we arenât fans of chains but that was a mistake. What a great experience. Cool vibe and great steaks. And one of the best martinis Iâve had.

This Bobâs is very consistent. They staff is always very friendly. The service is outstanding. I have never had a bad meal here.
We shared the 18 oz rib eye which was fantastic and cooked exactly how we liked it. The sides were great and they even brought out a nice dessert since we were celebrating my birthday. We would definitely go again.
The food was just perfect. The ambiance was nice. The complimentary champagne and the happy anniversary card just blew us away! Mia, our waitress, provided excellent customer service. She was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the wine and food choices.

Ate at the bar and Lorne, as always, took great care of us. Food is always fresh and well prepared, drinks are excellent and the service is always on point. Why go anywhere else?
I truly believe that even with the given issues (steaks were switched, incorrect steak split, split steak egregiously overcooked) that we could have had a more seamless experience. A lot of interaction was necessary in order to feel like we were being taken care of in a way that felt necessary given the issues. We were then informed that the Manager on duty whom was aware of our situation was too busy to approach our table so they asked another manager whom had no information to come and have us explain everything to him. All while the birthday guest sat there and listened to how the evening could have been better.
