My daughter wanted to do something completely different for her 7th birthday. She currently has an obsession with My Chemical Romance and Kuromi from Hello Kitty and did not want to step down from combining the two for her birthday theme this year. She definitely challenged me and I swear I found the perfect people up for the challenge. Not once did they doubt their capabilities but responded promptly with “Yup! We can do that no problem!” The perfect can-do attitude and it’s exactly as we asked. Exactly. No changes made or alterations. Blancas really delivered! My daughters cake came out absolutely fantastic and to my pleasant surprise it was delicious! Normally in the past with other people I’ve been disappointed either with the looks of my cake or how it tasted. We never got the best of both until we got this cake from Blancas. We had to save the cake and pick up on a Saturday although party was Sunday but I swear the cake was still moist and perfect. I had soooo many people compliment it and say the cake was delicious and I proudly told them I got the cake from Blanca’s. We’re also having a baby shower soon and maybe a small wedding so I know where we’re coming to from here on out! Thank you for making this my daughters special day her best birthday ever with such a lovely cake! She nearly cried when she saw this thing and I couldn’t be happier!

Blanca’s Cakes was so easy to work with and so accommodating when my three year old granddaughter changed her mind from wanting a Spider-Man cake to a Unicorn cake. Not only was it beautiful, but it was delicious as well. Highly recommend!
I needed a farewell cake for my boss who was leaving for a new job, and they came up with this brilliant idea to do a crying emoji. Check out the picture, everyone loved it! The cake is also yummy and you can customize it anyway you like. The front manager Alex was very knowledgeable and informative on the many ways I could make the cake special. They also have other prepared dessert slices and cookies for sale in store! I definitely recommend to all my family and friends in San Antonio! 5 star experience!

Blancas cakes are a hidden gem. The prices are incredibly reasonable compared to the industry standard without compromising on quality. She was also flexible when my husband and I asked for a second tasting because we changed our minds 2 months out. As with any wedding vendor or business, be specific in what you want and there shouldn’t be any issue. We ended up doing a traditional almond wedding cake with raspberry filling for one layer, but the real winner was her vanilla cake with mango fruit filling. Unbeatable.
Ordered a cake with them for my boyfriend’s birthday. Since they were closing for the holidays starting 19 Dec, I only ordered with about three days’ notice but they provided! The cake was delicious, perfect size for our party, and it looked pretty great too. Definitely recommend trying them out!
