We ate at BJs tonight. I had the prime rib special. They only have it on the weekend. Comes with 15oz prime rib, 2 sides, soup or salad and a pizookie. Everything was wonderful. I had the chicken tortilla soup which was so good. All that for $29.99. The service was great and I made sure to let the manager know before we left. They always get the complaints, I like to give them the compliments when they are deserved.

The food is always so good, my favorite is the pizookies. I ordered avocado rolls they're delicious. I always order appetizers as my meal cause it enough for me, especially if your going for the drinks also. Our waitress was such nice always checking if we needed anything making sure we were good. The restrooms were clean. Everyone is always nice. Ive evening picked up doordash orders here super organized sometimes there is a wait on the order but non the less its always good.
Clam chowder was delicious with nice amount of clams,mozzarella and tomato salad was fresh and dressing tasty. I had the Berry cider which went well with an early. afternoon lunch. Our server Marcus was friendly and attentive. And let me not forget the pizzookie dessert. I had the cinnamon churro with ice cream on top. It was the piece de resistance,delicious and scrumptious. I'm from New York, visiting family and they treated us to this restaurant. I look forward to hitting it one more time before heading home.
my 1st time going to BJ's,the food was gr8, the service was on point and the atmosphere was excellent. I caught a soft opening. So, yes for sure I will be coming back.
This place only gets one star because the food was not good as far taste nor presentation. We ordered the spinach dip appetizer and we got pieces of chips no whole ones and here is what really takes the cake there was bacon on the tray where the chips came on. How gross is that? We didn't even order anything with bacon, which let's me know this place can get definitely get someone sick because of cross contamination. Not good at all! My shrimp tacos fell apart as soon as I picked it up so I could not even enjoy it if I tried and plus the shrimp had no flavor. We would not go back to this place for any reason nor would we recommend it either. P.S. my husband said he pizza was not fully cooked.
Really disappointed in fish n chips today. Last time they were nice, thick, Cod fillets with crispy breading. This time 4 tiny fillets looked like sand trout, and were heavy on the grease. Definitely not worth $17.95 ? Family was pleased with everything else they ordered. Great service by Johnny. Will probably give em another shot. ?♂️
It was our first time dining at the restaurant and we were pleased with our experience.The restaurant was very clean, our server Beth was wonderful and attentive, and the food we ordered was good.They have Monday through Thursday specials which were all a pretty good deal if you're price conscious like we are.We were there on a Monday and had the Monday special which was pizza either pan or thin. We chose a pan along with a margarita.The 14" pizza was half off only costing us $11 and the margarita was $5.Not a bad price at all!We're visiting from Chicago and it's hard to compare restaurants from your own city as you have your favorites, but this place will be on our minds to visit again while we're in San Antonio.Go and for Beth's table and ask her if she remembers the two guys visiting from Chicago that were staying in San Antonio for a month to escape the cold weather and snow in Chicago.You'll enjoy the friendly service.

Disappointed with some of my order. Couldn't fully enjoy my Gluten-free burger since the bun was not toasted and falling apart. Also, portion of sides was very, very sad looking. I was only a few pieces of ? broccoli and 1/2 cup of "fruit salad" (which was mostly grapes).***In response to owner, not sure I can afford to go back in the hopes that my order will be OK. This was a treat for us, not something we can afford to spend on a regular basis. So I'll hope that the your regular customers get better service.
