The burger is good but a bit pricey. Two combo meals for 28 dollars. My order did not come as specified. I wanted well done burgers but got medium well (pink)! The line was to long to go back and get it corrected.
Our favorite place to bring the kid for burgers and they're large open area for playing. There's always kids for them to play with and the food is good. I appreciate they have beyond burgers and their Chicago dogs are really good.
Went there because if the show Elder eats. wow so disappointed. I got the Chalupa burger and onion rings. The Onion rings tasted like pure flower with no seasoning at all. The chalupa Burger was not good and the ground meat was a thick pre made Patty. The place is rundown. kinda nasty in the mens restroom. Paint missing in the restroom. Would never eat there again.
The quality has gone down over the years. Both my niece and me found hairs in our food and it is sad to know that they do not have control over the cleanliness of the food they are serving. The other issue when I was on the patio, the area around there is becoming unsightly. Rotted wood around the building, fence area and broken string lights draped around and on the fence. The cashier also insulted me and thought it was funny when I told her my name. That is not good customer service. I will not be going back.
Two seniors, grandkids (30+) with greatgrand son (active 16 mt old). A good burger joint, Angus beef, large portions, usual menu of fried stuff (well prepared), counter service. Half acre+ open play area (no equipment, bring balls to toss or kick). You want good weather for outdoor play to enjoy this.
Great burgers! Great atmosphere! Kids enjoyed playing football. ? Family enjoyed the evening.
You’re better off going to Chris Madrid’s or longhorn cafe then come here. It has been about 2 years since I’ve come and it has totally fallen off. The restrooms are horrible, the food is unreasonably priced. 60$ for 3 burgers. The staff used to be passionate and energetic. Now they look like they don’t want to be here. Bigz used to care about their customers and be a local favorite of mine. My family will not be returning.
Meh ..Nothing interesting. Overpriced for the quality. It's just a salty piece of meatloaf, no flavor unless you add some bacon. Staff was nice. Place was good for the kids to run around but it's starting to show that it needs some TLC.
A huge burger joint on the far NW side of San Antonio offerring indoor and outdoor seating. Great for families with kids. Spaces available for private functions. Large grassy area out back for kids with a lot of energy to run and jump and holler while parents sit (not too) nearby for some (some) peace while eating.....wait for it......burgers! Of course they offer a wide variety of burger styles, fries and dogs. Adult tipple available as well. Was there for a private party so food samples limited to side salad and regular burgers. The burger patty was thick and still juicy-ish for a medium well to well cooked patty. I know, I know, but I guess, it's safer for the kids. It was very crowded today and parking was already full and a lot of people had to do street parking.
