Surprisingly good value for money actually.. Place was clean and the queue was progressing quickly. A chain ice cream shop so you won't get any original tastes

I almost finished eating my ice cream when I found a Nickel at the bottom of it... how does a nickel even get in there!!! So unsanitary! We picked it up at the end of the day yesterday on my way home so I couldn't even return it. So disgusting

We love Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. It’s a home staple and it would be a rare day that you could find our freezer without at least one pint of a delicious flavor. This store, however, seemed to be the exact opposite of what I would expect from my favorite ice cream. We waited in line for 20 minutes with 2 associates working the counter, and no more than 10 people were served in that time. That’s 5 minutes per customer per associate. I have never seen it take so long to scoop ice cream and run a credit card.During the time we were standing in line, I couldn’t help but to look around at the store we were in. The cabinetry was outdated and starting to sag in places. I couldn’t get the memory of a 90s Dunkin’ Donuts interior out of my mind. Then, I looked up at the vents, lights, and cabinet tops. I’ve never seen such dust in a restaurant. I could see chunks of dust ready to flake off everywhere. Zoom in on these pictures. I cannot believe the level of filth. I tried to talk myself into getting some ice cream, but I couldn’t get past the likelihood of old crusty dust falling into my ice cream before being served. One of the associates was constantly going back to his phone. I saw him texting and skipping through songs playing on the speakers. There were no gloves, no hand washing, no sanitation methods observed during our time in line. I cannot believe this place is able to stay open while these violations of basic food safety are happening every few minutes.I would absolutely love to come back to this store. It would take a thorough cleaning, food safety training, and continued care and attention to the store’s appearance/cleanliness to get me back in the door. Until then, I will not be back.

Came here with my family to get ice cream after going to Ripley’s and the Alamo. We stopped in and the young woman at the counter couldn’t understand my sisters order and then asked me, and made me repeat myself, that I wanted a butter pecan in a small cone. Got a cup. I wasn’t going to fight with her and just sat out to enjoy my ice cream.

They have some of the best ice cream hands down… and their chocolate shake is so delicious!!! ?.. it’s in a great location over looking the river walk … I will be coming as much as possible during the summer season while enjoying my walks downtown…

Loved it, good quality ice cream and nice place in general if you just want to sit down and eat your ice cream while looking down on people passing by. Will be back again and hope to get the same good ice cream.

Ice cream is good as always but I find it ironic that they want you to wear masks “for the health of it” but none of their employees are wearing gloves as they shove their hands into the ice cream tubs. That’s pretty unsanitary if you ask me but whatever.

they have my favorite flavor.. cherry Garcia

I absolutely love Ben and Jerry's! This store is small but it's great to have some fresh ice cream. The eco friendly spoons are wonderful!

Enjoyed a scoop of Whiskey Biz while walking down the Riverwalk. Very very nice!!!
