Awesome Chinese restaurant with friendly staff!! First time visiting and the food was great, and there was no wait!
Went to this place 2X and both times have been satisfied. The staff are really nice and the food is delicious. The best thing.. is that the food comes out pipping hot! I love that. I've had the beef and broccoli and chicken lo mein with egg rolls. I recommend this place to everyone.. the prices are not bad.. not pricey but not to cheap..it's affordable ??. I will be coming back.
When staying a nearby hotel, I stopped here of lunch one day. Service was excellent and fast. The owner was friendly and spent a few minutes talking w/me as my food was made.I ordered General Tso's chicken and Crab Rangoon. The food was hot and fresh, but a bit bland. If I lived in the area, I would order take out here occasionally
I almost never review places unless I really love or hate something about it. I’ll say the egg rolls are pretty good. Customer service is horrible though. I waited well over an hour for my food which is like, whatever I guess. But then when the driver arrived to my apartment complex he was parted a little ways down and I didn’t realize it was him and he yelled asking if I ordered food. When I said yes he proceeded to tell me to run to get it cause he had lots of stops to make…yea probably won’t be ordering from here again
We ordered sandwich and tacos , those are not tasty but pricy.
Ordered last night. Before closing maybe 20-30 mins before and they wouldn’t make my order. I used to work at a restaurant and I know as long as you’re open You should be taking orders. Regardless of the time. Very unprofessional staff there. Will not eat or order food here again
The best Szechuan twice cooked pork in town!!! The way the spice was implemented into all of their dishes is PERFECT. I've had the some of the best Chinese food in my life at this restaurant.The staff at Bean Sprout's are all especially kind and extremely helpful. My server helped me with what to order and told me what actually makes Chinese food authentic. With that being said, I was able to order some... It was the most delicious Chinese food I've ever had. ☺️Each time I visit this restaurant, I feel valued, as well as welcomed. They remember you after one visit and treat you like you're more than just a customer. The whole atmosphere is charming and warm, in addition to the friendliest staff anywhere. I think you're even able to buy some of the antiques they have for display.Bottom line is... Bean Sprout is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Texas. ? I will definitely come back with family for more!
This has been and will forever be my favorite place. Aside from the food being fresh and delicious the customer service is magnificent. Every single person working there is a true treasure. They have really good tea as well. Sometimes we don’t even get food we just stop get a couple teas and visit with them. (Right now through plexy glass due to pandemic)But we are always beyond satisfied and always recommend it to family and friends. In fact a couple of our friends have made this their favorite as well.
The food came to us Luke warm and we received the wrong order. When I called to tell them they were being extremely unprofessional and called from a personal cell phone to refute the fact I had been given the wrong order although they based it purely off of appearance. Terrible service, do not eat here.
Nice lady took my order.. but it was hard for her to understand my family from the front door as she was 10feet away at her register. The sushi my wife ordered she enjoyed ,my son enjoyed his sweet and sour chicken..but my cashew chicken was way salty along with my rice ..no need for soy sauce ... In this case I'd rather season it own my own..but what can you do?...to top off our visit we were given used purse's and our 11yr son was given a candle..a nice gesture but very odd and felt like I was given things they wanted to throw out..
