We frequently stop here since it's close to home. Today, I brought Dad since we have a buy one get one free coupon. Dad got the Triple Mango and I tried to Ube Coconut Swirl. Both were good but melted so fast! We should have gotten cups! It wasn't particularly hot outside.
Slow drive through consistently, takes 25 mins if more than 5 cars. Management really needs to get on top of the issues because they’re often out of selections.

The workers at this location did not wear gloves when handling food. They were touching their pants and putting on aprons, and did not wash or sanitize their hands after. I was given a spoon which fell on the counter and was not offered a clean one- an employee practically bent over the counter and had her purse on it beforehand. It just seemed like really bad sanitation and cleanliness protocol. I truly don’t want to complain but this must been
Dirty. Managers and franchise owners should be ashamed of how poorly kept this store is. I’ve been to hole in the wall restaurants in México that are cleaner and more organized than this place.
Never properly stocked! No strawberry, no dipped cones, & i just took the last waffle cone which is stale!
The place was filthy. There was trash on the counters, trash on the floor, old drinks on the counter behind the register, my waffle cone was stale and service was subpar at best.
I have been to this location several times and ha e NEVER had a good experience. No bananas for banana split, no hot fudge, no waffle cones - half dozen flavors of ice cream unavailable. It's ridiculous
The store seem to be understaffed. It was too busy for me to buy ice cream for my daughter and myself. As soon as I opened the door I saw at least eight Elementary or middle school children standing in line.
I ordered a caramel cappuccino blast. What I got didn’t have any ice cream in it, or caramel, or any toppings. After two attempts. I gave up. I won’t be back.
