Last night was my worst experience in a Baskin Robbins branch ever. I arrived at the store just minutes after 10 PM and the door was still open. there were a couple of people and there was a nice lady who was willing to help and get my order to go but there was a guy who rushed to confront me even though the lady told him i am a regular and she was willing to serve me. He was so offensive and you could till from his body language. I was humiliated in front of the employees that night will never ever visit that store again.
Last night we went out for ice cream, arriving around 815. The customer in front of us had ordered a 3 scoop sundae. The employee made the smallest scoops I'd ever seen, making me question if I should get an extra scoop too. He said something about it and she said "We're low on mint chocolate chip so that's why it's small." So he asked for more of the chocolate chip to make up for it and OUT COMES ANOTHER EXCUSE, "The scoops are smaller for the sundaes." So, is it low on the flavor or small for the item? My scoops were good sized, but still smaller than usual.Anyway, after standing in a line of about 8, it's our turn to go up. The lady tells my husband he cannot have a milkshake because their manager told them to close early. Right as she is saying that, a HUGE family comes in, about 8 people, and she turned them all away. It wasn't even 830 yet. I'm sure the manager much appreciated that $50+ walking out the door.We usually sit outside to enjoy our ice cream. This shopping center has lovely benches. We observed people come and go upset at them being closed. They even told a guy that they had to close because they were both sick. Then, this guy shows up and a man tells him they are closed. He seemed worried and said, "that's my girlfriend in there, she texted me to come get her". He then checked his phone, got in his truck and went to the back of the building. Wild place, man.In my 30 minutes being there, they must have lost about 30 customers. Yikes.
Great service. My 4 year old dropped her scoop at the register. She was so sad. The employee made her a new cone and scoop. She was so happy. Great place. Great workers. This happened just now
Great! Good kids working in there. It was fun. Keep it up.
Stopped here and got a small cookies and cream shake. Good service It was good, first time in a long time I visited a Baskin Robbins.
I will fight your grandmother for that Triple Mango flavor!
They are always out of everything or they just are lazy either way just stay away from this one.
Great ice cream, but ran into the covid mask police, one of the employees. When the ice cream melted onto my hand and I tried to lick it, I was promptly and abruptly required to put my mask back on. After receiving my cone, in an effort to keep it from dripping onto my hand again, I began to eat it. I was again abruptly asked to put my mask back on. I understand the precautionary nature of a mask, but this is a little ridiculous. I'm not going back there. It had been 5 years since I went the last time. It'll be even longer this time
Ice cream is consistently good. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. The reason for only 4 stars is their waffle cone: they are consistently stale, rarely crisp like a fresh baked cone.
Great customer service! The guy at the counter was really helpful in figuring out which cake is best and offered additional help given my situation! ( Buying a birthday cake last minute )
