Friendly great service fast
Judging from the Reviews this is an Awesome place to Refresh yourself with Ice Cream or Yogurt. But I must say I went in to ask the very nice lady at the counter if she had WiFi because I needed to request a Lyft and HEB does not have a hotspot. The lady went out of her way by allowing me to access her hotspot and order a lyft. Then she offered that I sit there to wait for my lyft and offered me a glass of water. That kind of service you don't find anywhere. I will patronize her Baskin Robins from now on.
Good place for ice cream. But Don’t order off the menu cause they don’t know what’s on their menu. Took forever to explain I wanted a Oreo cookie Sundae (as pictured on the menu board). They ended up giving me two scoops of Oreo ice cream with fudge on top in a bowl.
Shout out to this Baskin Robbins location for looking out for people on a diet. The serving size on this 3 scoop sundae, which costs more than $8, was abysmally small. Ordered online so I didn't have any chance to cancel the order after seeing it. Learn from my mistake.
Bought two scoops of carmel truffle and regret it severely. I've spent a few hours tonight in the bathroom and my stomach is killing me.
Manager fired my son when he got covidDidnt inform him that he was fired just took him off the schedule and ignored his calls and messages. I spoke with him he claimed he wasn't fired but never put him back on the schedule. Today i go by there and there's a now hiring sign. This manager is a joke.
I left there just now and the little girl working there had the best energy.It was fairly busy and she was working by herselfBut she was so energetic and bubbly.
Love coming here. The staff is very attentive and professional. The wait time is always short if they are busy. They take their time to ask about your day. It's always such a pleasure going in there. It's never messy. The staff is always good about cleaning up after customers. They always have new flavors coming !! Overall amazing location. Definitely recommend to everyone.
I purchased a cake order on Saturday and tried to call the store several times actually for days with no answer and It goes to voicemail that won’t accept messages and I go to pickup the Cake and the girl can’t find it. She has no apology just goes to the back and never comes back out after showing her the receipt confirmation. This is the first and last time I will use this location. Never had a problem with the Selma location. This location is terrible!
B-R is a rare but reliable treat. We frequent this one because the other got shut down, demolished and paved over.The staff here is always friendly, making sure to do what they can to provide the exact order requested.I am a confirmed chocoholic. Usually, I just get a single scoop of chocolate fudge. But, on this night, I wanted more chocolate, so I ordered it as a Hot Fudge Sundae. When I asked for extra fudge (turned out to be a little overkill), she didn't hesitate to provide a second shot.On our previous visit, the tables were all closed. But, they were finally all open when we were there yesterday.I always get my ice cream in a cup. The kids do, too. If they want the cone, they get it on top. That way they don't drip all over everything (like the car) but still get the crispy satisfaction of the cone.All in all, a great experience!
