Hi I was just at your shop in Alamo heights asked for a banana split and this woman served me the tiniest scoop of Ice cream I’ve ever seen. I’m just complaining because she has done that to me every time I come to the shop to get ice cream with my son. I paid almost $8 for half of what the ice cream I was supposed to get. I was here last week on Tuesday and a girl took care of me and the ice cream was the normal size is supposed to be. I don’t even know what to say… shouldn’t this women be serving the correct same ice cream scoop to everyone?! We were there yesterday Jan 19, 2022.
I've been going to the store for over 20 years. There's a Mexican woman working there. She greets white people,. But dark skin people she does not. And this is how she served me the ice cream. Please treat me like a human being. That's all I ask of you.
Baskin Robbins is a really convenient ice cream shop it's really close to everyone's house and is a good walking distance but the ice cream is super over priced the average price of a ice cream should be two dollars but a Baskin Robbins it's 3.40 dollars so not so good but that's why it's good that on the 31 of each month it's like 70 cents so it's alright

Had my daughters bday cake made. Was our first ice cream cake and we lived it! My daughter is very picky about icing in cake and always have to scrape it off. This cake is iced with whip cream icing so she loved it. She said it was the best by far. Thanks BR
