Closed 15 minutes early. Employees just wanted to go home. Extremely bad service. Never going again. Employees are lazy and need to be fired for refusing a customer while the store should be open. If you are driving up to this baskin robins twenty minutes before closing, don’t expect it to be open. Very bad service by the employees.
Customer service at this location is terrible. Walked in to get ice cream at 7:30 on a Saturday. Girl behind counter mumbles OMG and rolls her eyes because we had the audacity to come in 2.5 hours before close and want ice cream. The other staff member refused to open another container of the requested flavor, just because he did not want to. Place is filthy.
Every time I have gone to this location they mess my order up. I don’t know how you mess ice cream up but it never fails. They don’t have the same ice cream and toppings that a stand alone Baskin Robbins has either. I would not recommend if you’re going for ice cream.
We waited for 15 minutes with no other cars in line and an empty lobby only to have two boys come on laughing ti try and take our order while joking around... Ten minutes of taking our order and it was still wrong and not even 2 icreams in. Ar 6:15 at night with 6 cars behind me, this was absurd. Ordering a dozen donuts and 6 ice creams, drove away in frustration after 25 minutes! That's just insane. These boys just kept laughing and repeating that there were only 2 of them working and askinh what else do we expect. Hoping to wrote this review and shed some light on whatever is going on inside that location.
Filthy work place. Workers shirts/uniforms are dirty, with stains. Workers touching their faces , mouth, nose. Workers use bare hands with no gloves on to scoop out the ice cream out of the tubs and their dirty palms end up contaminating the entire ice cream tub. Mixers and shakers all appear dirty and seem like they only get rinsed out with water after each use. Staff walking around with no masks on, no sense of urgency. Floors look filthy. Long wait period for an ice cream cone or 2-3 scoops of ice cream in a cup or a simple milkshake. No sense of direction. No idea who the manager is. Staff rarely interacts with customers and when they do its super awkward. Its a terrible experience. No one puts anything back in its place when putting orders together. Whip cream, milk, ice cream, tools, keys, broken waffle cones all sitting out all over the counters. I dont see this place lasting much longer. I worked in the food hospitality industry for a long time. This aint it. They are going to get someone seriously sick with how unsanitary things are.Ridiculous

We were excited to get ice cream and a donut - until the sneeze. We were waiting for service inside. The girl working the counter was wearing a mask, but it was pulled down to her chin, and wasn’t covering her nose or her mouth. As she was gathering donuts for someone else, she let out a big sneeze - without covering her mouth or anything. Right on the big display of donuts. She didn’t skip a beat though, she continued to gather donuts and take them to the drive thru. We left promptly.
They always claim to be out of most toppings. Every time. Seems like they don’t want to do there job.

On June 8, 2021 (around 6:30pm) we went to our usual location & it was completely closed….. so we went to this location. We went inside the store & there was no AC! They had a box fan going that did nothing. Only 2 people working the store… that’s for walk-in & drive through. Manager came out to help new employee & he went back to the office. He could have stayed & help, but didn’t. I wanted a waffle bowl & they only had ones with sprinkles or chocolate. Same went for a waffle cone…. Limited to what they had. Did not offer to make anything fresh. Needless to say, we won’t be back to this location.
